Had a grandson clog up the toilet, my efforts to unclog were not successful. I called the office at noon, no answer but 10 minutes later they called me...said they would have someone there between 1 and 3....about 230 I get a text from Caleb saying he was on his way. The young man arrived and had my toilet working in 10 minutes...Caleb was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Cleaned up what small mess he made, he was in and out in 20 minutes, the charge was in keeping with all other plumbing companies I've dealt with...the difference was the customer service, how quickly they returned my call, had someone there when promised and took care of things with dispatch...they are my first call whenever I have a plumbing need...highly recommend them..and Caleb read more

These guys have helped me out twice now...The first time was to correct a major problem that Roto Rooter had failed to fix....They figured out what the problem was(and it was difficult!) and their team came in and made it correct and waited on litigation with Roto Rooter for payment...So the next problem was a drain leak in the wall and they did the job timely and put everything back together like it never happened...Casey was so pleasant to deal with and made a bad situation comical at best. I won't ever use anyone else now...Thanks Machen Plumbing for being my go to!! read more

We decided we needed a water filtration system for a home we recently purchased. I called a few companies to meet for pricing. Machen was competitive but more importantly, professional. I appreciated that the initial person I met was a tradesman. The installation tech was not new to the game either. They took care during the install and went a bit above by fixing some other issues while there. I appreciate that they were on top of things and will call them for any future needs. read more

What awesome work, thanks to Machen Plumbing & Luke for all the work you've done. My sewer backed up in my home, Luke found and repaired the issue after searching and trying to locate the issue using the camera to visualize the problem. He also replaced both of my toilets after many issues with intermittent leaking, with an upgraded toilets & flushing my hot water heater. Thank you so much for getting me back up and running!!!! read more

I requested a quote for a half bath install in a bedroom closet. They gave me a quote and also recommended some things that would be helpful to our tankless water heater that I would not have know and also fixed a faucet that was not installed correctly from the original install. They were very professional and friendly and I am very pleased and can't wait to see their work! read more

We suspected a leak due to a large puddle of water near the house. It had been previously repaired three months ago by another plumber who buried the access box underground with no way to use the cutoff. Luke came out promptly to check, found there is no leak, and installed a new box so that we are now able to use the cutoff valve. read more

I didn't know something as small as a water leak could be so expensive but anyway I paid with cash, why no receipt for handling money. The two guys were good but if I needed pipes and faucets I would be working for you to pay. Just too high. read more

Machen Plumbing were very prompt and efficient when installing my new water heater. Phone calls were answered directly by a Machen employee, rather than an answering service. Most likely to call them again in case of a plumbing emergency. read more
