My oldest…read moreson took a shower around 1 and I'm sitting in my office working, when my youngest came running up the stairs to tell screaming his toilet was bubbling and overflowing ! I ran downstairs to my shower bubbling up grey water into my bathroom so I ran back up the stairs to kill the shower my son was enjoying. I had just gotten off the phone with a neighbor and called him back told him what was going on and was given Rocky Weavers number. So I then called him in sheer panic mode. When I told him what was going on he said sounds like your septic is full and I can be there n the morning. I have 2 boys single mom but I said okay. 3 minutes later he called back said I had to rearrange things but I heard the panic in your voice and they are on their way! they got here had everything fixed within the hour and now all I have is the daily chaos of raising 2 boys. If I could give Rocky's customer service more than 5 I would. He just saved me from finding a hotel for the night. Thank you for taking care of an issue I didn't know I had. Apparently a root from a bush backed up the lines and they took care of that too! I am truly grateful and now have his number saved in my phone if anyone i know ever needs it!

When the tank needed servicing AJ's came to our home and explained everything we needed to know about septic systems. I called Bellew Contracting Services to request septic tank pumping service. They officered to come…read morethe next business day but were able to come a day later to work with my schedule. This septic had not been pumped in 15 years or more but they were able to come out, dig out the area, pump the septic, and cover it back in an hour. They two men that came out where so nice and called when they were on the way also. I highly recommend Bellew!!!

They were friendly on the phone,and did a ok work. But the repair man did something to our…read moredishwasher. It worked fine before he did repairs and stopped working after the repairs. We reached out the the company several times and they said it's not their problem, it's not their fault. And finally today the repair man said even if we would have double checked everything before he left, he would not have fixed the problem. So now they are telling us to find someone else to fix our dishwasher. I would beware of using them.

update for below review: Friday August 7th the manager reached out to me and I went over everything…read moreWith him, he was very nice very professional himself, he apologized and sent someone out Saturday morning August 8th to snake the lines and run the camera (free of charge) we was told we did not have a clean out, he snaked the lines By removing a clog from the septic main line ,he ran the camera and I was told the issue was cracked pipe that already had a repair on it, sunday afternoon everything starts backing up again, I called a different plumber bc at this point calling ultimate plumbing and having to deal with them yet again was not something I wanted to add to the stress of what we was already going through.the new plumbing company came out August 10th and found the clean out almost immediately, removed the cap, reached in and pulled out roots!!!! Problem solved all within a 5 minute time span. IF YOU DONT WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY DO NOT CALL ULTIMATE PLUMBING! I would not recommend Ultimate Plumbing based on our experience. We paid almost $500 for them to come out and clear what we were told were blockages in our plumbing. They were informed from the beginning about everything that was going on, including the issues we were having with water backing up. What is extremely frustrating is that the septic tank was actually recommended during our initial phone call, yet when they came out as a plumbing company, they did not properly investigate or advise us that the septic should be pumped before charging us almost $500 to clear the lines. If the septic needed to be addressed first, that should have been clearly explained before we paid for work that did not resolve the problem. The very next day, the issue was still happening. We contacted a septic company, who pumped the tank. The following day, they ran water through the outside lines and confirmed that everything was flowing properly and that the septic system and outside lines appeared to be in good shape. Then, the very next day, after using the bathtub and shower normally, the water started backing up into the shower again when the bathtub was drained. At that point, we contacted Ultimate Plumbing and simply asked them to come back out and check whether a blockage had been missed, especially since we had contacted them the very next day after they supposedly cleared the blockages. Instead of trying to help resolve the problem, Stacy spent the conversation explaining why we were supposedly in the wrong and repeatedly bringing up what she had told my husband about the septic tank. That doesn't address the fact that we paid almost $500 for the plumbing work and the problem was still occurring immediately afterward. What made the situation even worse was the customer service. Rather than offering to come back out and determine whether something had been missed, Stacy became extremely rude and ultimately told me that, because I was requesting that someone return and because I stated that we were not paying another service fee for the same unresolved problem, she would no longer speak to me and would only speak to my husband because his name was on the account. This was after she had already been speaking with me about the entire situation. We have since contacted other plumbing companies, and after explaining what happened and what we were charged, they were shocked that Ultimate Plumbing was unwilling to come back out and investigate the issue--especially when we contacted them the very next day after their service. Things happen with plumbing. We understand that. What matters is how a company handles the situation when the problem continues after you have paid them to fix it. A company that stands behind its work should at least be willing to come back out, inspect the situation, and determine whether something was missed. Instead, we were left with the same problem, nearly $500 less, and a very unpleasant experience with customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Ultimate Plumbing. The lack of accountability, unwillingness to come back and investigate, and the way we were treated as customers were extremely disappointing. We expected professional service and basic customer care, and we did not receive either.
