Absolutely intolerable customer service! Came in here the other day and was "helped" by Sebastian. He kept sending me back to Apple to activate my phone number. How though? When I am a T-mobile customer? 4 hours back and forth to both stores and to be talked to in a condescending way by a troll. Good luck to you Sebastian and your rotten and lazy ways. read more

I initially had an appointment at Apple to have my iphone screen repaired and was under the impression that Apple Care insurance would cover it. I was unaware that Apple Care only covered your phone for two years after the purchase date. Apple wanted to charge me almost $200 to fix the screen, so i decided to come to T-mobile a few stores over to see what options they had for repairing my screen. When I arrived I was greeted by an employee (I think her name was Fernanda, but I'm not positive) She was very helpful and let me know that my current iphone 7 was paid off and I was eligible for an upgrade. This was a pleasant surprise to me as I assumed the phone still had a balance left. She went over all the different iphones and their differences in features, price points, and financing options. I decided to go with the iphone Xr plus which Fernanda (I hope that's her name) helped me set up. She also helped me choose a phone case and screen protector to fit my new phone. The whole experience was very pleasant and not stressful at all! I love my new phone! read more

I originally went to the store on US1 and Broward where the customer service was great. They didn't have what I was looking for so I decided to head to the Galleria. I walk in and two associates are helping customers and the manager is on his phone doing something. He looks up at the gentleman in front of me and myself and then looks down. He's scrolling rather casually on his phone which give the illusion he's looking at his phone for personal reasons (I'm aware this is conjecture) finally he checks me in after the guy in front walked out from frustration of waiting I guess. So I tell the guy I want a new device. Tell him what I want and he grabs it. He grabs all my account info and we are off to the races. 25 minutes in the store at this point. He doesn't talk (he was the manager from his name plate) up sells like I expect. And I tell him no I don't want to finance a speaker, case, screen protector, I don't want another Apple Watch. So after all of my "no's" the girl to his left begins to walk away. Seemingly to go on break, and he screams in Spanish at her to walk back, she gets frustrated and comes back. With a huge amount of distain to help me. I am now at the store for 1 1/2 hours. Still looking at my device and waiting for my phone to get rung up. I traded in a phone and she tells me my total. Which I asked for clarification. Beyond rude! Talking to me like I don't understand math. The guy with the hat and broken glasses seemed to know what's up. He has great customer service. But I was not as fortunate to getting his assistance. I get it's a sales store. You want to up sell me. I said no, don't make me feel bad for saying no. I have a case already. I already have a screen protector. I don't want them. This store needs to learn that when someone spends money a certain degree of customer service is expected. I was very disappointed about that. I'm not one for some one to go above and beyond. But, at least at the very least. When I walk into a store say. "Hi, we will be right with you" that's all. I will never spend my money at this T-Mobile store. All of the stores I've gone to in Fort Lauderdale are a much better representation of this mobile provider. I had several issues today trying to get a resolution to a huge problem where the wrong phone was ordered and an immediate refund was supposedly not possible. I went to 6 tmobile stores, this one being the last one and both Nancy the customer representative and Mike the manager on duty did everything in their power to first calm me down. (Cause I was hot) then they did everything in their power and got the order refunded/canceled. And they were able to look around and found the inventory that I was looking for to purchase and did it all with a smile as I was hooting and hollering throughout the store about my frustrations and whole ordeal.... they even went and got me some water!!! What a wonderful bunch and a great store. I was skeptical that I wasn't going to get the proper service here at this T-Mobile store but will happily mistaken. What a great bunch and I hope this review comes back tenfold. Great customer service is very hard to find and I am truly appreciative. read more
