This experience was the opposite of my experience at Shaw and Blackstone (where I never will go again). Three weeks ago I needed to trade in my old slow router. I walked in (after walking out frustrated from the other location) and was immediately greeted and assisted professionally and cheerfully by Adam. He took my old router, provided the new one, made sure it was set up before I left -- and I was out the door in 15 minutes (in less time than it took to even be acknowledged in the other store). Went in. I was greeted. Told em I was paying my bill. Guy took forever to login into his own account. The boss had to help him. He ask for my number after 5 minutes. Wrote it down on a sticky note. Then he still wasn't logged in. After 10 mins he asked for my ID. I provide my ID. He wasn't able to find whateva it was. Then the boss went to the back. I tell em I'm aware of how much I need to pay. I ask can I do split payment. He calls his boss on the phone and the boss says no. Mind u I was there for 20 mins. And didn't get my phone bill paid. What a waste of time. Why have Reps if they aren't efficient. Don't go to this location. Would rate them higher but this is my honest experience sadly read more

I was having some issues with my phone, and it got to the point where it wasn't finding/discovering network. I tried to update it and it ended up freezing on the loading screen for the rest of the day. I made some time to head to T-Mobile and Jaime G. approached me for assistance. He took on the task immediately and did a number of different things to troubleshoot the issue. Turned out it was an internal problem with the antenna. I was reminded that I had insurance on my phone so he made an order for it. I'm happy because not only do I get a replacement, it's also one model up. I love T-Mobile my family has been with them for years when it was sprint and T-Mobile bought them out. They helped fix my iPhone 13 Pro Max and then I ended up upgrading to google pixel 8 and I love it. They are very helpful and also very communicative.
