    I've gotten pretty frustrated at this point by this cellphone provider. They never check in on me when they send me my bill :/

The level of service I have experienced is rare and exceptional in this world yet seems ubiquitous within this company. I had trouble with obtaining a return label. For the life of me I could not figure out this dilemma. I went to the store and was helped by Patrick and Johnathan who is an impressive young manager. I need them to know how much they are appreciated!! Please pass along this message: Dear Patrick, Thank you for today! You really helped to put me at ease with my situation. Honestly I would not have been able to navigate the process of printing a label for my trade in return without your help. You literally took my phone issue into your hands. You even boxed my return and all I needed to do was drop it off at the UPS store. You were also so gracious with the sweet lady whom you simultaneously assisted! We were pleased and impressed with your attention to detail! You are incredibly patient and relatable. Also you know how to be so sweet towards ladies. I bet you make your parents proud! When you told me you were only working there for three days I began to believe this: you have a great future ahead. You are already such an integral part of The Verizon team and you have only recently begun. I believe in you! And I will see you around! P.S.     This particular location is fine, but always busy. My main complaint is with Verizon at large. We…read moreordered a phone to be delivered with their holiday deal witch included a couple other things. We told them our current address, but found our account said an old address and they were shipped to the old one. Before those things got delivered, we called Verizon and told them to change the address. The two other things ended up getting delivered, but we were able to get our hands on them anyways. The phone was caught before being delivered, but instead of being shipped to the correct address, it is being returned to sender and we have to place a new order. This whole process shouldn't have happened because we told them the correct address to ship to. I want Verizon to do something to make up for this.

They always increase price, every 12 months she has to have a reminder to get a "promo price" otherwise it doubles. The product is terrible. Always losing connection, when it is connected it's terrible. Service is garbage. Mostly from india and i quess "speaks english" is not required cause most you barely understand. Any support, or billing dispute phone call. The first thing they do is "let me see what kind of upgrade deal i can get you". NO! Why would we upgrade with someone so terrible? Thank god fiber came to our neighborhood. We pay half as much, for twice as much speed. Not only that, we ACTUALLY get the 1gb we are paying for, not 1/4th of it, AND it has yet to ever go out! The cherry on top. When we left, xfinity overbilled her by over $200. She had a 4 hour long phone call with them, and they said "we MIGHT send the refund, if we do it will show up via email, and will arrive between 3-6 weeks. You have to watch for it because if you don't claim it within 3 days of when it arrives it'll disappear" They assured us it can be a refund back to our card, or an amazon gift card etc. Shockingly, after months the only one we saw was for $13.28, and only options was as an xfinity credit to the account. Xfinity can burn!

    WARNING: Unauthorized Charges - Serious Privacy and Trust Concerns…read more I am posting this as a warning to others to be extremely cautious about who is given access to your personal and account information. Yesterday, I visited the AT&T Jordan Landing store while deciding whether to remain with AT&T or switch to another carrier. Initially, my experience was positive. An employee there was very helpful, answered my questions thoroughly, and even provided information I would need if I decided to switch providers. Although AT&T did not offer the same phone promotions as other companies, I was strongly considering staying with AT&T based on the customer service I received. Less than ten minutes later, after leaving the store and while discussing our decision with my husband, an unauthorized charge was added to my AT&T account without my consent: AT&T HomeTech Protection. At no point did I authorize this service. I was not informed of it, and I did not agree to any changes to my account. This appears to have been added after the employee assumed we were leaving AT&T--when, in fact, we were planning to stay. This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Customers trust AT&T employees with highly sensitive personal information, including addresses, payment details, and full access to their accounts. For an employee to use that access to add services without authorization is a serious breach of trust and raises questions about internal controls and ethical standards. As I read through reviews of this location, it appears this is not an isolated incident. That makes this even more troubling, particularly given that this is a corporate AT&T location, not a third-party kiosk. I will not do business with AT&T again. I will be contacting AT&T corporate as soon as the store opens to formally dispute the charge and file a complaint. I am also exploring what legal or regulatory remedies may be available regarding unauthorized account changes. AT&T should take this matter seriously and investigate immediately. This type of conduct should never be tolerated, excused, or ignored.

There was only a partial transfer, so I tried to remedy the situation to only mess it up further, so I couldn't call or text. Armando assisted me and made the whole process seemless! Great service and extremely knowledgeable. I thought I had really messed up the phone and he saved me; and I greatly appreciated his help! Can't say enough great compliments to Armando! Well we decided to try it. The guy who helped us was nice but he was new And it seemed to take forever. He kept needing to ask for help and I get it if your new and need help but it was like 1.5+ hours of back and forth. He was really nice.. Everyone seemed nice with other customers that came in. they try to respect distance because of covid and have these plastic dividers on their tables that are somewhat useless since they have to show you their screens and come over to the other side. Everyone is wearing a mask and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. -1 star. Maybe it was our transaction that took long and that's why we were there forever or their system was really slow too. I just feel like it shouldn't take that long. Also, att needs to figure out their billing... why would it take a few billing cycles for credits to show up? Makes no sense but it's not the employees fault it's the companies. We went around 6pm and no one was in there. So maybe evening time is the best time to go.
