The level of service I have experienced is rare and exceptional in this world yet seems ubiquitous within this company. I had trouble with obtaining a return label. For the life of me I could not figure out this dilemma. I went to the store and was helped by Patrick and Johnathan who is an impressive young manager. Honestly I would not have been able to navigate the process of printing a label for my trade in return without your help. You literally took my phone issue into your hands. You even boxed my return and all I needed to do was drop it off at the UPS store. You were also so gracious with the sweet lady whom you simultaneously assisted! What a sorry excuse for a store and customer service…read more I came to an "experience store" seeing as they are corporate and should be higher quality in available tools and customer service. This assumption was completely wrong. 1st, all the "help" they provide is just directly through the T-Mobile app on your own phone. I came in to see if they have coverage in the area if my business. The guy I worked with seemed to be completely clueless. We went through the app , which after inputting the address directed us to the T-Mobile business website. He scrolled around that site for a while, clearly having no idea what he was looking for. If this was all, I'd be mildly annoyed , but then he tells me "well, we can check to see if we have coverage , but we have to run your credit first". Like what? What sense does that make? The actual T-Mobile store is literally incapable of telling me if they service my area without running my credit? That's insane. I promptly left, call T-Mobile myself, and within 5 mins was told " anywhere T-Mobile has cellphone service you can bet there is internet service." And away we went. If I could rate my phone experience, it would be a 5/5. I will never step foot in this store again though. Don't waste your time

Well we decided to try it. The guy who helped us was nice but he was new And it seemed to take forever. He kept needing to ask for help and I get it if your new and need help but it was like 1.5+ hours of back and forth. He was really nice.. Everyone seemed nice with other customers that came in. they try to respect distance because of covid and have these plastic dividers on their tables that are somewhat useless since they have to show you their screens and come over to the other side. Everyone is wearing a mask and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. -1 star. Maybe it was our transaction that took long and that's why we were there forever or their system was really slow too. I just feel like it shouldn't take that long. Also, att needs to figure out their billing... why would it take a few billing cycles for credits to show up? Makes no sense but it's not the employees fault it's the companies. We went around 6pm and no one was in there. So maybe evening time is the best time to go.

Now that the weather is better everyone is catching up on things like upgrading your cell phone. We got a great kid to help us. He didn't pressure us to buy anything. He asked us about our needs and recommended the right IPhones for us. We switched about four years ago and remain faithful to Apple. It still took about two hours but we transferred everything before we left. I'm now without a home button I don't like that at all but on our older I phones that is what broke forcing us to get new ones. I guess I'll get used to it because I don't have a choice Our bill went down and our phones are now current. Because he used the Consulting Sales approach I was happy and almost content.
