Stopped in to do an insurance claim to replace one of my phones that I dropped and cracked and to purchase another. I was given very good service. Had everything switched over and on my way seamlessly. I appreciate that very much because time for me isn't always on my side. read more

First, the staff here was great. BUT, whatever you do, don't park in the pay lot behind the store. T-Mobile doesn't validate and you only have 15 minutes to get back to your car to pay the meter, and we all know that the wait to talk to a staff member to ask about validation is longer than 15 minutes. I paid for parking and still had to pay a $125 parking fine because I didn't pay within 15 minutes. Horrible location for a T-Mobile store. Please re-locate the store to a mall. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

On my return the next day, the very pleasant Enrique was gone and the rude "manager" was present. I'd have to say , Ryan is a new employee and he was kind, did his best to be supportive in a sale to a New Customer. As they are not my current or have been a provider of mine. The tall, guys, glasses "manager" he was Short tempered, snippy, condescending and not at all willing or eager to explain things in detail. Everyone must know, consumers have Rights, Protections and ANY provider of service should be able to Explain their products and with patience if they want to get that $$$. I wouldn't have this person work at any of my businesses, in fear of loss of money daily from their Mere unwillingness to Respect those buying products & service . Those people are paying your salary, they deserve some basic form of respect. There are MANY of Abundance of cellular service options. The employees here need more training and they need to improve wait times. No one in this day and age wants to sit hours at a cell carrier store to have Nothing except a bad taste in their mouth walking out the door. ** ask upfront the FEES, ** ask Upfront what this going to cost me in my MONTHLY bill. When they say "$75 a month for Basic plan " Then your bill will be more than $135 a month- Sorry , NO SIR, you better be able to figure out what "taxes" you put on that bill. They set me up for service even though I repeatedly asked them not too. Once I left the store , I even received an email they set me up for paperless billing. Wow & wow. Hope Corporate can explain that Scam. Thank you Ryan & Enrique for your service. Wish you guys had a better Leader to take you far in this business.

I had the best experience with Linda at T-Mobile! From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing. Before I even arrived at the store, I spoke with her on the phone, and her customer service was perfect--friendly, professional, and super helpful. She made sure everything was ready for me when I got there, which made the whole process smooth and fast. Not only did she help me get my WiFi set up quickly and efficiently, but she also installed my new iPhone screen protector perfectly! She took her time to make sure there were no bubbles or dust, and it looks flawless. Linda is truly one of the best--she's efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. If you ever need help at T-Mobile, she's the one to go to! Thank you so much, Linda, for your outstanding service! read more

I went in at 5:30PM on Super Bowl Sunday to update and purchase a new phone under my plan. I was immediately told by Avi/Abi that we can sell you the phone but we can't help you set it up because we close soon. Mind you, he barely acknowledged me when I walked in. Had he been an ounce of polite it may be different, but he wasn't. Joca eventually helped me after calling the person behind me...I'll chalk that up to miscommunication. He also told me the same. We can give you the phone but can't help you set it up. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what customer service is. Joca also asked me to buy the phone via the app and then he would get it for me. I did.... What do I need you for? I could've just had it delivered. I'm against automation, but this service made me understand it.
