On my return the next day, the very pleasant Enrique was gone and the rude "manager" was present. I'd have to say , Ryan is a new employee and he was kind, did his best to be supportive in a sale to a New Customer. As they are not my current or have been a provider of mine. The tall, guys, glasses "manager" he was Short tempered, snippy, condescending and not at all willing or eager to explain things in detail. Everyone must know, consumers have Rights, Protections and ANY provider of service should be able to Explain their products and with patience if they want to get that $$$. When they say "$75 a month for Basic plan " Then your bill will be more than $135 a month- Sorry , NO SIR, you better be able to figure out what "taxes" you put on that bill. They set me up for service even though I repeatedly asked them not too. Once I left the store , I even received an email they set me up for paperless billing. Wow & wow. Hope Corporate can explain that Scam. Thank you Ryan & Enrique for your service. Wish you guys had a better Leader to take you far in this business.
