this store is a one stop shop for all of your Tmobile cellular needs. Walking in, the place is extremely clean however they're typically busy, like reserve a spot online before going in busy. Every time I have walked in the store there's a line, which could be a good thing, I'm not sure. Regardless, plan ahead. As for the devices, it's like any other phone store, tons of devices from many different manufactures, accessories and this store do device repair as well. As far as the sales staff, they're pretty knowledgeable and they smile when helping. I find that trait refreshing considering some can get irritable when there's a ton of people waiting. I was able to upgrade my device within a reasonable amount of time, no chit-chat needed for my account or which phone I wanted or if they had it in stock. Admittedly I researched it online before walking in. As for fixing devices, this process can take a bit. I dropped my phone off b/c the screen was severely cracked. It took two days to fix the device and get it back to me. It's sad to think how dependent I've become on a darn phone. But when they were done, I was able to pick it up and it looked good as new. Besides the amount of traffic at this particular store, everything else is top notch. It's in a safe area, the store is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and know their products and computer system. I never come in store for any phone stuff I just order online and it's either shipped to me or if I absolutely have to I will go pick it up. This is a nice location with a good staff. They take care of business here. I needed to get my screen protector replaced. All of them were with other people when I walked in, but I didn't have to wait too long. They put on a new screen protector and I was out the door in 10 minutes or so. I appreciated the guy telling me what the T-Mobile Tuesday offers would be the next day. :) read more

All I wanted was to get a SIM card for my daughter's phone who is a nurse that helps COVID Patients at a local hospital. They told me that my name was not on the account so I'll call my wife and they said she had to be there in the store. I logged into her account on my phone ask them how to put my name on it and they would not do anything. My wife gets to the store and I finally got a Sim card and then after they show me how I could put my name on the account to do any thing with T-Mobile. I know my account password and user name but they could care less they said that they were going to put me on the back of the line for the wait list. The manager raised her voice at me and threaten not to service me. read more

I was told an hour wait (61 minutes estimate by text), which turned into 2 hours. When I asked the manager about it she told me to take a seat as if I was 3 and as if I hadn't just sat there for an hour without an update on my status in line or an apology for the longer than expected wait. If you get even a hint of an attitude after that they claim their store has high service and won't help you. Talk about cold hearted! There was no apology or anything about the wait. A woman who announced when she entered that her name was put in 30 minutes ago (when it had been 1.5 hours for me) got service first. Total pain in the ass for two little SIM cards. Poor service and it might be you only rate there if you join the line from your account online. Sprint was WAY better. This store is no way to go business! Only go there if you want poor treatment. read more

This place is horrible. I mean it and I'm going to explain every reason why. First off, there's no sense of urgency from any of the employees. They all move like they are not happy to be there. Second, when you do get help, the look on their faces tells you, you are not a priority but a necessary evil. When I purchased my phone I bought one of the more expensive screen protectors because of the added benefit of being able to get it exchanged in store for free if damaged. Worth it until you find out that's not the case... exactly. Third, when you have people waiting, why are there people working on fixtures instead of helping customers? That should be paused until the customer is helped. See point two. When I finally did get help, they told me they would have to replace my glass protector with the house brand because they couldn't verify that I had purchased the more expensive one. The system used to verify was down and she valued her job more than taking a chance on replacing with the screen I had said I purchased if she couldn't verify. I asked her why that was my problem because none of this was explained to me... She very loudly and abruptly cut me off and said with an eye roll that could trigger a tsunami, "Thats just the way it is. Did you want this one?!" I took that protector and was told that I could come back at a later time when the system was up and get the one I paid for. (Went to another store right after that, they replace without even looking at any system.) but also, when she put the glass on she did a horrible, I mean horrible job and said those bubbles you see will dry out in 24 hours. I lifted up the edge closest to the bubbles, laid it back down and the bubbles were gone. I also let her know it was an adhesive and wouldn't "dry out" . T-mobile employee... be less lazy, rude, unhappy, whatever it takes, because as soon as ATT or Verizon gets close to your data speeds, I'm taking this business account elsewhere and they're getting close. That's the only reason I stay, for the data speed... your only saving grace. read more

They told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait. It ended up being about an hour and 15 minutes. If I had known this, I could have left to do something productive instead of waiting around so long when I had other things to do. The customer service rep who finally freed up to help me was untrained and kept having to ask the manager questions, and when the manager walked away I sat there for another 15 minute while the guy left to check some people in and stood there and talked with them forever. It was much better when it was a Sprint store. Store employees were helpful, courteous and knowledgable, and you always knew where you stood in the queue. I'm already dreading when I need to go back in December to upgrade my phone. Waiting an hour and half just to find out I needed to buy a simple phone charger at this point was just icing on the cake. read more
