    The associates at this store are product experts and provide fast, courteous service. Maria and Patsy were extremely knowledgeable and expertly assisted with my requests. Together, Maria, Patsy and Phill are a strong team and run an excellent store. Parking at this location is convenient. Highly recommend this store and Maria, Patsy and Phill.

    They actually close at 7'pm, didn't update the hours. Wasted my time came all the way here, arrived at 7:15 pm.

I was hesitant but the agent reassured me that my monthly bill will be lowered. As of recent I've noticed my bill actually INCREASED MONTHLY over $100.00. I am actually spending more money than I anticipated. I would not recommend adding services with AT&T ; the reps are only there to upsell services instead of assisting current long lasting customers.

I have several versions of the Samsung Z fold. Each device has experienced the black out screen which defeats the purpose for get ting the phone. Each time I have gone to this location and received amazing help. I want to especially give a 10 thumbs up for this experience. Recently, after some confusion with a resubmitted claim and another location, I called uBreakiFix Marina Del Rey and immediately felt reassured. They confirmed they had the part and welcomed me in late afternoon, even though they close at 6:00 p.m. I arrived around 3:30-3:45, left my phone for a couple of hours, stepped nearby, got a pedicure and came back to a fully repaired phone. and a pleasant your phone is ready attitude. They did not act as if it was an inconvenience that clock out time was coming shortly. They were excited that I was excited. I appreciate that. Big shout-out to *Santos *and *Sean*--both were friendly, professional, and genuinely kind, especially considering it was late in the day. They made the whole process stress-free. I met her there Tuesday afternoon for her dropping off her devices and hopefully, they could be fixed. Pascal, who is the owner was extremely kind, technically savvy and reasonably priced and told her they were fixable. She picked everything up today and every problem was solved perfectly!!! Well, this gem is a mile from my home and I couldn't be happier to know that "help" is sooo close. Parking lot holds many cars so double yay! My friend said it was a wonderful experience for her, especially with the removal of stress that had been hanging over her head... ( remember, 3 places could not fix her devices)... As soon as MyTechWorld opened, I called and spoke to Paskal who quickly cleaned my laptop and let me know what the damage was. He explained prior to the cleaning the possibilities + costs (motherboard replacements, keyboard, etc.). He called me a couple hours later to let me know the damage was minimal and only a keyboard replacement was needed. I was able to get my laptop back basically brand new the next afternoon. He was so kind and informative. Easy to talk with. Would 100% recommend coming here.

I was just about ready to switch my cell service to another carrier. However, when I visited the store recently to fix my SIM card issue, I happened to get the nicest technician, Q. He was very honest and explained to me that it was a known problem with the iPhone that I had. Besides fixing it, he also told me that I was paying way too much for the plan that i currently had. He lowered my plan significantly, helped me upgrade both my husband's phone as well as my own, and at no extra cost to us. I praise Q for his exceptional customer service. These days, customer service is just not what it used to be. Due to him, we still will remain loyal to Verizon for now. Thanks Q!

Ronnie Gomez helped me, and he was excellent--knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Having worked in this industry before, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the plans, deals, and options clearly, and he really tried to make it work. That said, I didn't end up walking out with the phone I wanted. The main issue isn't the staff it's the system. The employees don't seem to have much flexibility when it comes to pricing or decision-making, and there's no easy way to reach them directly since they don't have business cards or phone numbers. If Verizon empowered their people more, I think the whole experience would be stronger. Still, Ronnie did everything he could, and I appreciate his effort. Four phones for this visit.

I ask him about a device that's clearly listed on the Best Buy website. I can't remember the name of it, he reminds me, a "hotspot", and I politely thank him to soften his nasty tone. This arrogant worker tells me I need to go to a Verizon store or an Apple store to get the product. He's literally trying to run business out of Best Buy. I tell him, no, the item is on the Best Buy website and I just need him to tell me where to find it. He then huffs like a little child and asks the name of the product and I try to pull up the website. My phone is going slow. He now walks off towards a cabinet without so much as a "come this way" or "follow me". He then looks at some cards on a wall, opens a couple of cabinets and says something in a earpiece/mic. He asks me what do I need it for. I tell him I need it for a projector. He then tries to tell me what's best for me, as if I don't know what I need. Again, I wasn't looking for any help other than the product's location. Then, we go back and forth, after he interrupts me explaining I just need to know where it's at, he turns to another customer and asks can I help you and walks off, leaving me unattended. I guess this immature moron thinks that's a power move. I then ask for a manager. A short time later, manager "Artie" comes and quickly locates the product and I purchase it. I tell him about the poor behavior of the employee, who I tried to point out, but mysteriously he disappeared. But, I'm sure the in store cameras caught the entire interaction and management will review his behavior and I hope take proper action to train this fella, because right now he is definitely NOT qualified to be working on your floor.
