The gentleman who owns the company is a very nice man, and he has made numerous attempts to fix this system, yet it still does not work as promised. The company has replaced cameras and sent their two lone employees to "evaluate," and two years later, the system still does not function as sold to us. We spent over 10 grand with this company, and at this point, after being ignored by the owner this last time, frankly, I owe them no loyalty. This company is not suited to sell systems that they don't understand. When I asked the owner for the contact information of the equipment manufacturer or distributor, he essentially refused to provide this info, which seemed questionable. He offered a weak excuse as to why I could not contact the companies. The company is unqualified, period. I know the owner will make excuses like he has in the past, but the result is that we still don't have a fully operational system that is not buggy. We made the mistake of not pressing these ongoing issues and taking him to court over the last two years because we liked the guy. He has tried, but he has no idea what the answer is and has now refused to respond to our calls and emails . Don't buy from this company.
