I've been shopping around for a specific item. I called this location and I was told that they had it. I drove 20 miles for the specific watch when I got to the location. The man at the desk told me no stores have what I'm asking for.. although I just got off the phone with an employee at this location. It doesn't make any sense to me. read more

would give less, but I guess I left with a phone so T-Mobile said i can go to a T-Mobile store to either replace or fix my phone I walked into the east meadow store and was greeted by a young man on his phone told him my issue he turned to another gentleman who was helping other customers who turned to me and basically waved his hand said they don't do that here and told me to go somewhere else in return I told him I was sent there by T-Mobile he dismissed me again quite rudely I told him in the 20+ years I have never had such an issue replacing a phone in return his response was "20 years , I'm 20 years old and Latino " not really sure what that had to do with anything but he continued waving his finger at me and calling my daughter a child and telling her to grow up luckily another gentleman came out from the back and helped us in replacing my daughters phone which she needed asap as she uses it for her job while the other rude boy working there continued with his comments and body gestures not very happy with T-Mobile retail stores it's not the first time workers have been uninterested in helping me but this was beyond rude and unprofessional read more

I went to the store to upgrade my Sprint phone after spending some time with Sprint on line. Sprint told me the upgrade would be charge free. The store manager started the conversation with your phone will not be free. The lack of customer service drove me from the store. I went to the T Mobile in Westbury where a very nice guy upgraded the phone in about 20 minutes. If I could give zero stars it would be too many. Stay away read more

Very impressed so far. I've had Verizon & AT&T for years. I decided I'd try their 30 money- back guarantee. The switch was painless, the employees couldn't have been anymore helpful or polite. I had to call their customer service number later, they were professional, prompt and pretended they liked me. My bill was almost cut in half and so far their coverage is better and faster, especially indoors. I'll update this, if necessary, but so far - very good. read more

I just got out of this store with a new iphone for the mother in law. Manpreet assisted me with the selections of phones and was extremely knowledgeable answering all my questions without hesitation from pricing to phone specifications. After we settled on which phone I was buying, Jennifer helped me with the checkout process. I bought a screen protector from them and she installed it with no air bubbles!!! I am never installing my own screen protector anymore. She did a great job. All in all, great squad here with the feeling that you are not being pressured and they are just here to teach you. The most shady , fraudulent store privately owned . They sell used phones and then won't return your money! More importantly they have 2 women ( more like thugs) who threaten" not to help you" talk to each other and their other managers in Pakistsni to keep one out of the loop. Miriam and Rafia from 1st time in store 5/23 until yesterday 6/14 we had no way of returning broken phone , used every excuse not to give us back our money. These 2 poor excuses ( Miriam and Rafia ) for manager material need a course in not only customer relations but how to treat people ,especially customers in a civil manner.. I have video of thrm saying F.U to me in front of other customers . Told me to " Shut Up, or they won't help.me. Store was clean but staff was terrible. Just seemed like they were very hungover and didn't care to be there. The women was helping me get a new phone and told me the balance on my last phone so I could pay it off (which happened to be less than what it really was), so I got screwed over on my next monthly bill paying the rest off. She was also on her phone texting god only knows who the entire time she was attempting to help me which made the process a lot longer and than her friend comes in to talk to her while she was helping me so that made it even longer of a process. This location is just very unprofessional and I would not trust them one bit. Go to a different T-Mobile store definitely. read more
