DO NOT COME HERE! Trust the reviews and know that the customer service has not gotten any better. This store is empty for a reason and smells like a ChuckECheese. The staff member assisting me decided to go half way across the room take a seat while I am on the phone with customer service to get the information requested. As I am yelling across the room to relay the information I asked if he could come over to where I was originally being serviced because communicating across the room was becoming difficult. I also could not hear him through his mask. He let me know that I should have walked over to him and he shouldn't have needed to get up. He also let me know that I could go to another store for better service. SO I INDEED LEFT. Save yourself the headache read more

Went to this T-mobile store to try to open my own line. The girl that worked there obviously did NOT want to be there. She was so rude and dismissive and told me that I had to call T-mobile in order to do this (which is a lie). 10 minutes later, I went back to the store only to find out that they closed it (it was only 3p, and they're supposed to be open until 8p). T-mobile, you have a rotten apple that you need to address before you lose more customers. read more

She helped us through all of the issues and had nothing, but class and excitement as an employee.
