Today, I shipped an item thinking I was paying by weight, only to find on my receipt that I was charged a flat rate--twice what I would've paid at USPS. I chose this location for convenience, but I won't be back. Upselling is one thing, but this feels misleading. Just be upfront and give customers a choice. Lesson learned--use caution and ask before you pay.
