Horrible customer service...Nutjobs.......My whole life never filled out a complaint form and have been in customer service for years ...Thursday night 20 min before closing trying to get a SIM card replacement since my new phone did not work. Nobody wanted to find a solution by calling corp. Nobody was in the store....The Delaware store was 5 stars...Avoid this tuttle store in Dublin...If my phone worked I would of recorded this...and they knew we have been customers over 10 years. I must say, this T- mobile store goes above & beyond with their customer service. Their manager Rihan, not only does she provide comprehensive cell phone service to customers, but she anticipates what obstacles or difficulties customers can encounter during their experience & is able to help them navigate this. I can't recommend this location enough. We came in to find out more info about plans, and we weren't the most prepared to get new phones this day. We decided to switch to T Mobile and get new phones anyways. Well, our phones were being a total pain and it ended up taking several hours. All the staff we worked with -Lana, Rihan, and Adnan -were so patient and kind with us. They really seem to care about the quality of service they're providing. We really appreciated them! read more

Going to T-mobile today made me realize how awful the customer service is and how I needed to immediately switch back to Sprint. When I had first gone to T-Mobile they had informed me if I ditched my current carrier and joined them they would pay off all our phones. But when the time came to do that they claimed that was not the deal they had and we had been informed wrong. So, I told the rep it was fine and that I was interested in upgrading, but he failed to mention how much I would be paying monthly (apparently $30/24months), after already making me pay off my current phone. I told him that I changed my mind and that I was not interested, and he replied back that I should come back on a day that I was not fasting. His comment was incredibly disrespectful and racist, and I do not want to support a company that would hire people that don't have the decency to treat their customers respectfully. read more

Friendly warning - Do not go here. The customer service is a complete joke and they're extremely rude. That's not even the worse part. I was told multiple times the items I picked out would be free with the current promotion. I verified multiple times that it would cost me nothing and she kept saying yes. I looked at my bill a couple days later and of course, the charges are on there. $40 for a screen protector and $40 for a phone case which I was told would be free multiple times. I called to ask about it and she informed then that it was a monthly bundle. NEVER ONCE did she mention that when I was in store. She reassured me so many times it would cost me ZERO. Honestly, do yourselves a favor and go to the one on Sawmill. It's always amazing customer service and people who actually know what they're doing/won't con you. read more
