We got five phones at a great price, and they even helped us trade in our old phones from other carriers that didn't work well for us. T-Mobile has been working great for our family. We also received the best customer service -- thanks to the two young men who helped us! Switching carriers and honestly anything phone related is normally such a nightmare but Gerardo (Ocean) is literally like a t-mobile god or angel. He was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and then just the greatest happy positive personality. I was in awe of him watching him handle soo many differ groups at once. This store is an absolute nightmare. I went to get a new phone. The very nice guy screwed up all my contacts between my business phone and my personal phone including emails, photos, and contact information. It has been since last October that they have yet to refund my money, I returned the phone, the equipment, and the screensaver at my expense. The guy who is the manager John has been texting me since November 29 saying he will fix it/refund over $200 and still nothing. So corrupt! Be sure to keep on top of your bill. They love to put miscellaneous charges on there in hopes that you don't catch it. We missed several months of one of these charges and they were only willing to refund us a couple of months. The customer service rep wanted to argue with me to tell me it was my fault for not checking my bill every month. This happened multiple times. If you have T mobile then I'm sorry. Highly recommend going down to Denver to visit a REAL company owned location. Always have had the best experience with T-Mobile customer service on the phone or at a retail location. Went in, wasn't greeted until I walked up to the counter and the guy says, "What's up buddy" and then tells me I need to get T-Mobile customer service from my personal phone for them to talk to. Stay away...they lie. Told me a different plan would lower my bill, it went up by 50% or 60 dollars.
