I stepped in to maybe upgrade my apple watch and I wanted to see what offers were available and also pick up a free T-mobile tote bag from the T-life offer. Eduardo was the gentleman that helped me and answered all of my questions while I was in there, after speaking with him for a bit I knew he was trying to best to help me out and find the best alternative for what I was looking for. I came into the store and saw only one employee on the floor along with a security guard. The associate was talking with two people who at first seemed like customers, but as I waited--and waited--without so much as a "hello" or "I'll be right with you," it became clear the conversation was completely unrelated to work. It honestly seemed like they were friends of the employee. It felt incredibly rude and dismissive to be ignored like that. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, especially when the employee was engaged in a loud, cheerful conversation that had nothing to do with helping customers. After about 7-10 minutes, another associate finally came out from the back and approached me. Once I left, he even closed the door behind me. Overall, the experience was disrespectful, and I felt completely overlooked while the staff prioritized personal conversations over customer service. read more

Went in with my mom around 10 am today to upgrade her phone. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years and love almost everything about it except the terrible service and attitude of the employees at this location. Rather than putting in a little time to take ownership of an issue to resolve it they instead look for an excuse to not be able to help you. All while on their personal phone checking their Instagram feed. If you are thinking about switching to T-Mobile I highly recommend them. I went to T-mobile store to get a phone number for my middle school son and got the best phone deal of my life! I didn't know the store can have its own deals besides the published online deals. As usual, I looked before going into the store and didn't find anything that applies to me. Plus, the deals online were so confusing even for this lady with a master's degree. If you go to the Tmobile store in the Westfield mall (aka Fox Hill mall), you have to look for Jose. He knows in and out of all available deals (online, in-store and ...upcoming deals, too!) and he can get you free phones (easily $500 worth each)!!! He will help you navigate the phone deals and customize it for your needs. He follows up with you if everything is working ok, too. Who does that these days? He is such a genuine and honest man. I got 2 free iPhones, one for my mother-in-law and the other for my husband. They are over the moon right now! I won't say in detail how Jose got me the deal just in case it is not available anymore. I went in just to ask about starting a line and he was so clear and helpful I signed up right then and there! Of course, we had issues with AT&T and getting the correct information for T-mobile but Jose made sure to check in with me AND help my brother who is all the way up in Washington State get set up. Colleen started off assisting my sister and I, after finding out what we wanted she escorted us to Victoria R. When I say she had the worst attitude it was ridiculous. First off she was talking super fast we could barley understand what she was talking about. Second her Energy was horrible no one told her to apply to work for tmobile. HORRIBLY INCOMPETENT - OPENED AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I went in to get info about prices and they said they would have to run my credit to give me device prices. I decided to stay with Verizon and I left the store without a phone or account. A month later I get a bill for an account that I never opened! Shady salesperson must have been desperate for commission. I spend HOURS on the phone trying to get this resolved but T-Mobile sucks and you are put on hold forever. Don't waste your time with the call back system- it doesn't work! I even called the lazy store manager who did nothing to help. I went into T-Mobile at the Westfield Mall in Culver City (store 7397) tonight so I could waste some time so I didn't have to be stuck in traffic. I just wanted to see if I was eligible for an upgrade and to pay my bill. Jamal M. helped me out without hesitation. Super friendly guy. Convinced me into a 64GB iPhone 6s because I had a 6, but it was only a 16GB (let's be real folks, I really wanted a new phone going in there so he wasn't a pushy salesman haha). He helped me transfer everything from my old phone with ease. Even pulled out his phone to use his personal hotspot because he said their store's wifi was a little finicky sometimes. He gave me a time frame of how long it would take to transfer everything over so I cruised around the mall a bit. When I came back, just had a few minutes to wait and then he helped me set everything up with the phone's initial start up. Even while he was dealing with another not-so-satisfied customer as we waited for the boot up, he held his composure very professionally. Great service! Then I was off just like that! I came in on October 25, to add a line and see if I was able to get a good deal on the iPhone 11 Pro. Was approached by one of the staff who at first seemed rude jokingly and then started to seem nice when I was trying to add a line. He made me feel really uncomfortable. As I added a line, he said I had a promotional free line, all I had to do was purchase a SIM card and it would be free no charge. Turns out, weeks later I get my bill and am charged extra than I usually do, and I get charged for this, spoke to a rep on my T-Mobile app and he said it was an incorrect promotion and that I had been misinformed. At this point, I'm very disappointed and shocked. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years now switching from Verizon, and now I want to cancel all of my 7 lines and go back to Verizon. I feel like I've been scammed at this office. Not sure if I will be returning. read more

I visited this T-Mobile after a disastrous "break up" from my previous carrier of seven years. I want to make sure this praise highlights the level of customer service Josslyn gave. She made the transition from my former carrier to T-Mobile efficient so that I was up and running on my existing phone the second I left the store. Overall, T-Mobile has so many great features that are of value to the customer between the T-Mobile Tuesdays and in-store experience. I since have revisited the store and got 50% off an accessory piece (purchased on a Tuesday) off a waterproof, chargeable phone case for my iPhone. Being unlimited in every aspect of my plan AND to take that internationally without having to tack on an extra auxiliary out-of-the-country data plan made me question why I left T-Mobile in the first place seven years ago (I think it was because, back then, they didn't offer the iPhone). One star short of perfect because upon my initial call to this store, an associate who answered did not tell me that the buy one get one free Galaxy Edge phone promotion had expired. That did dent my heart a little bit but still happy to be back with T-Mobile. Thanks for your excellent service, Josslyn! I hope you and your supervisors get this note. :) read more

Tearra was absolutely wonderful! I am giving Tearra 5 stars! The experience with her was awesome. Let me paint the picture here. I'm sick, so sick with a mask on my face. But my Samsung s6 edge that is 2 years and 3 months old was taking a nose dive. It was not charging, turning off, and nothing would show up when people would call me. I can't be sick at home with no way to call for help. So I walk in knowing yes I want the s8 plus or the Note. Now I don't really know the difference except the size. I'm the type of person who doesn't do much research and accidentally finds things on my phone because I'm not gonna read the book. I tell the first sales lady (sorry I don't have her name, dark long hair), I'm interested in these 2 phones. Trying to decide if I should wait a bit and just exchange my phone for the $150 deductible and get a refurbished model or buy a new phone. Well I suppose she thought I meant deduct $150 from a new phone purchase, cause she went on to tell me how she will not accept my phone because the back is cracked. I said wellp why do I pay insurance again? She said insurance is to replace the phone you have. Hmmmm I think thats what I just said. So I explain again. She gets it and says ok, I need your phone number and ID. I asked to look at phones you have to identify me? The phones sitting on the display? The same display where anyone can walk in and look and touch them. Ok fine. So she points them out. I ask her so can you tell me more about the 2 phones? Why would I want the note over the s8 plus? She says well that's up to you. I say well I don't really know the differences, can you tell me more? She says oh the note has a dual camera and its bigger. *sigh* At this point is when you're suppose to SELL me a phone. So I'm standing there looking really dumb. Wanting to leave but I know my s6 edge won't hold a charge, and it's not even charging while it's on the charger most times. I need a phone TODAY. So I look lost and I'm walking to the counter to say hey just pack up a phone. Welllllllll I find Tearra standing there and she dove right in and helped. Hey I have the s8, I didn't get the plus because of this and that. And the note...well do you doodle? Like to draw? Okay if not then you don't need that phone. The difference is this and that. And she even shared with me that both samsungs have a dual camera but with the note they are 2 separate. She even was able to pull up a comparison chart on the phone. Okay Tearra wrap up the grey one for me please. So after that she is super helpful with showing me how to work the phone. In the middle a male employee comes over and interrupts. No excuse me, give us one moment or anything. He just starts rambling mid sentence while Tearra is trying to help me. Ok great. Of course Tearra went with the flow and helped him and then continued to help me. She even showed me the accessories for the phone as well. Thank you so much for actually knowing how to SELL. I'm sure there are people who come in and KNOW what they want, but when you have a customer like me, at least have someone who can tell you the basics about the products. read more

Let me start by saying Yelp notified me that they took off my review because they said I crossed my boundaries with describing my experience. I was very discrete and did not use curse words. I see way worst reviews. T mobile overcharged me and insisted that I had to pay. The associate told me to get out of the store and humiliated me. I am a paying customer and they are a rip off if common sense is used I wouldn't be doing this. I reported to the district manager they even had in the notes that I attempted to disconnect twice and they didn't but still insisted on charging me. Shame on T mobile stay away from them. read more

I went in cause my phone blacked out which I've had for a month and this employee (which I didn't get a name) didn't even know how to reset my phone correctly. Took it to the Apple store, got the problem fixed while at T-Mobile they were suggesting to go through my insurance and pay $200+. Train your employees right!! INCOMPETENT is the best word to describe the employees here. You're better off with a 5 year old that barely knows how to read and write opening your account. The employees at the store made so many mistakes, but just listing the top 3. One, I got the bogo deal so I got two phones, they sent one to my billing address and the other one to my mailing address (the billing address is far away)... Two, they said they would add a credit to my account since I had switched over from another provider and was paying for two lines for a while, they didn't. I went back to the store (which is not pleasant having to go to that mall JUST for that) and they took my information down so that they can add it later, THEY DIDN'T. I received my next bill and since it's in auto-pay they deducted the full amounting and guess what, no credit. Three, they sold me this insurance package that for $15 I'm fully covered and I could only add it when I get the phone, it can't be added later. So I added it to my line, or so I thought. Just now, almost 2 months later I realized that the insurance has been on the other line, the one I did not need insured! What if something had happened to my phone, i would have been screwed. Worst case is that now I can't add any insurance nor Apple Care to my phone! Seriously, these people are DUMB! I actually do like T-mobile, just not this store. They need better training. T-mobile should just close this store down, it's a liability and bad for their reputation! read more
