Had an awful experience with one of the managers at this store. The young man that first helped us was polite but when I had a problem and came back in, an older gentleman "helped" me. He refused to give me his name. Told me to have a "nice day" repeatedly (from the beginning he was not interested in assisting me). The manager (I believe) was one of the rudest, least helpful retail "professionals" I've ever met. He was condescending. Kept calling my spouse "boss". Would never return to this store. Went to Tuttle Crossing T-Mobile (Dublin) and had a great experience. Stay away from University District T-Mobile. read more

dealing with T-Mobile Customer Service is like a Kafkaesque nightmare. What should take five minutes to sort out an issue will take usually at least 30 minutes to one hour. My usual experience is to be shuttled between several departments, such as prepaid, postpaid, transfer, and rebate. Company personnel are usually friendly, but unable to resolve a problem or take the necessary action until an excessive amount of time and effort has been required by the customer. No other phone or Internet company I have ever dealt with has such an unwieldy organization and lack of coordination among their various departments or divisions. Any other company is usually jus customer service or technical support. I am a relatively new customer beginning around two months ago and have spent at least 5 1/2 hours talking to customer service representatives with little satisfaction. New, prospective customers should make every effort to avoid doing business with T-Mobile. Don't say you weren't warned. read more

L. is a fantastic retail assistant manager! With just a few casual, unobtrusive questions he was able to come up with the exactly the phone and phone plan for me! I was in the store for a while since it took some time to mirror my phone for the upgrade, etc., but it was a friendly and comfortable environment, and I had the opportunity to observe how consistently L. excelled in his job. He not only handled customers' requests in a professional and friendly manner, at the same time he was also helping a new trainee at the second counter in the store as she had questions and new procedures to deal with. L. took time to answer my questions and my fears (!), reassuring me that I wouldn't have to deal with too much technology that was different and newer than the phone I had before. Later that day I was at the dental clinic, and the professor entered the exam room and was flustered when his phone rang. He had gotten a new phone that day and he was not happy that he had to pull down his mask to use the facial recognition feature to unlock his phone to answer it. I immediately recommended the gentleman at T-Mobile on High Street, just south of campus, who had provided me an upgraded phone still with a button to press. Crestfallen, the professor admitted that he did not have a T-Mobile phone. I told him I was sorry, and really meant it! read more

BUSINESS OWNERS PLEASE READ!!! I have been with Sprint since 1997 and they have now been bought out by TMobile. They just "migrated" my voicemail. NOW I CAN'T RECEIVE VOICEMAILS WHEN I FORWARD THE BUSINESS OFFICE PHONE TO MY CELL PHONE. The forward works if you answer it, but if you can't, CLIENTS CANNOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL when it's forwarded. They get "the mailbox is invalid". After 6 weeks of working with tech support, the answer is that Tmobile does not support this service. That is a detriment to ANY business that forwards their phones to a TMobile cell phone then. I suggest you take that into advisement when considering this phone company. I forward my phones when I go out of town or even leave the office at night and this is a significant problem. Perhaps they will address this in the future but they are not at the current time. Today is 04/13/21 This is NOT store specific, but any Tmobile service. Please keep that in mind. If forwarding your phone is not an issue for you, then I have no other opinion of T Mobile read more

I recently had my bill go up almost $200. I had added a tablet/line & was told that would add $14 to my monthly bill, I bought my daughter a phone and added it to the free 3rd line I had when I started my plan, I was told that would add about $5 to my monthly bill. When I reviewed my statement I found I was being charged for a whole extra line I didn't ask for, had some prorated charge of $64 I was told nothing about I paying for 7 protection plans for some reason, I only have 4 devices. When I called tmobile about this, the man I spoke with he told me the 7 protection plans made sense, but couldn't explain it to me. he said he would take care of the extra line for me but it would take a couple of days to show on my bill. I waited a week. It's still the same. The extra line I didn't ask for now shows up as suspended for vacation. T-moble boasts about no hidden charges, but I'm having hidden charges, extra lines & extra services being charged to my account. bad business !!!! my bill went from $166-$354. Went here yesterday about 30 minutes before closing time. I was trying to upgrade my phone via the Jump on Demand program. I had to wait while two employees texted/called the manager to get his password to access the computer system. They could not figure out his password, so after being there for 30 minutes, they asked me to come back the next day. Went back the next day and manager was there. I was attempting to upgrade my phone via the jump on demand program. My phone was water damaged and would not turn on. The terms and conditions state that you can still upgrade your phone if it is water damaged, but there will be a $250 fee. I was fine with this. However, manager tells me that since the phone is water damaged and will not turn on, then there are two fees of $250; meaning I had to pay $500. I left, went to a different T-mobile store, and they upgraded me for $250. This is the second negative experience I've had at this store. read more
