He assisted me in making the correct purchase for me, walked me through the use of it, synced my old phone to my new one, transferred over my old number and provided me with a new WiFi option. He also had a very personal touch, learned about me, my family, work life. He also shared about his. I have never had a better experience in my 48 years with a sales rep. His manager stopped over at the end of my visit to chat. She gifted me a T-Mobile umbrella and thanked me for being there. The whole vibe at that store was just inviting & catering to my needs. I went to T-Mobile hoping to get my mom's phone fixed. Right away, the employee told me I needed my dad present since the phone isn't in my name. I explained multiple times that it was my mom's phone, but they insisted my dad had to be there. I asked what they would expect if my dad had passed away three days ago--would they want him to rise from the dead like Jesus or lord and savior just to approve putting a new SIM card in my mom's phone? That's when the arrogant-ness of the employee came out and he asked if my dad was indeed dead. We went back and forth, and I stated that if my mother needed to be present, that would be a different story, but my dad's presence shouldn't be necessary. Especially after less than a month ago my mother and I both came into the store with the same issue but with my phone. We walked in explained the situation with my phone received a new SIM card. After that we were asked if there was anything else, which we replied no and went on our way. Now obviously why would I think it would be that difficult this time around with the same situation different phone but still same account? Things escalated, and I was eventually asked to leave the store very rudely. I went into the store for some answers on my bill, and to review it, and the person that assisted me was very rude and condescending. Her answers were very sarcastic and I'm assuming she got upset because she asked to see my ID and she started to scan it and take pictures of it without asking me if it was OK and I guess it bothered her when I asked why she didn't ask me if it was OK to scan my ID. I asked about the bad service in the area if Tmobile was doing anything about it and she said what do you want me to do add more towers and I had to walk out because I was just in shock. I have been coming to this store since the grand opening. My 1st phone was a Samsung when I signed up for t-mobile. Friendly service, greeted when you walk in the door. Sometimes it does get crazy busy, especially during the weekend. I do recommend swing by during the week. They took away the automatic payment machine from the back of the location. Even with the sign in sheet, depending on who is ahead of you, you're able to get out quickly. Friendly professional staff and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. When I walk into this store I was greeted and treated right away. The manager took care of me regarding a situation I had at a T-Mobile 3rd party store and fixed everything for me. Now I got a brand new phone and I am so happy and thankful that Omar was very kind and so patient to take care of my matter. I will go to this store for now on. Everyone else in this store was nice to others as I was observing and this will be my T-Mobile store for now on. Even when I need to buy or pay my bill or any upgrade in the future. read more

Geez, this place is always packed! I was unfortunate enough to have some cell phone issues the other day and had to get my phone replaced. Everytime I've come here the service has been okay...nothing spectacular. The first time I went into this store I was waited on right away, and treated politely, so my rating would have been five stars. The second time I came in to make a payment everyone was busy, so one salesperson said hello, but didn't ask what I was there for, or mention how long of a wait it would be. I just left kind of at a loss, since all the salespeople were engrossed in what appeared to be neighborly type conversations in Spanish. All of the sales people were Hispanic. After I waited several minutes a Hispanic guy came in, and a minute later the girl who had originally greeted me motioned him over and asked him if he wanted to make a payment. She spent some time chatting with him, as well as taking his payment. He left and after a minute I said, "Can you take my payment too?" She replied "Sure, after I am finished," since she had been dealing with another customer while she waited on the man who came in after me. She was taking her sweet time, well, everyone was, so I stomped out kind of insulted. I was feeling like you usually only get good service in this store if you are Hispanic. It was the same thing I experienced in the Subway restaurant in this Brickyards mall area. I received even worse service there, not even a hello, and then they waited on Hispanic people who came in after me. Maybe if you pointed out the preferential treatment to given to Hispanic customers by the employees here because they are Hispanic too, they would try and correct it. As a former psychology major, I only gave them three stars, rather than two, because I don't know if they are conscious of their bias or not. It seems like common sense to me, that you wait on people in order, if they are the first to approach the counter, or if they they are next in line, those are the people you attend to first. read more

I used to go here all the time, but over period of time, it has been getting worse. When I was trying to return the Note 7 due to the recall along with the accessories as they said I am able to get a full refund. The associates gave me a hard time and given me false information. First they said they did not have the phone in stock that I was gonna replace it with, but I should have no issues ordering it. Waiting 15 minutes later, they said they couldn't and I would have to turn in the phone in order to use the Jump! For another device. Further more, they stated I can keep the accessories and get the money back. Again, more false information. I ended up calling customer service at home and was able to order my replacement phone at no cost and did not use my Jump! for the new device. I went to another T-Mobile store and had no issues returning the Note 7 and all its accessories. The Brickyard location said I would get the refund and Samsung credit for staying with another Samsung device, but none of that was done. The Woodfield location did a much better job taking care of this recall situation. I gave benefit of the doubt for a few months more and kept going to this location, but they do not help at once. With 3-4 employees just standing there doing nothing, they were all acting as if they were doing something on the computer. The second I made the notion of leaving, I got assisted at once. Once I was taken care of, the other employees started taking customers while a few just kept using their phone. For all the years I've been going here, this is very disappointing. I understand this place can get busy since it is primarily the only one in the area, but it is ridiculous that they do not want to help at once. It felt biased on who they want to help. Please take care of things better in this location. Also, please stop giving false information and do your job better. The staff is great when they do know what they are doing, but when they drop the ball, they do it really bad. STAY AWAY! Just kidding. I came in with my husband to upgrade his phone and ended up getting a cellphone for two of my daughters. I was helped by Adam whom was very funny and helpful answering all my husbands silly questions. One of the best customer service I've ever gotten. The store is always extremely busy and understaffed. You can sometimes find yourself waiting over half hour to get helped. Don't expect to get prompt service on any given day. The accessories are a little bit pricey so I recommend getting them somewhere else. read more

I just got back fro T-Mobile Brickyard and Maria waited on us and was awesome! I did not buy my pnone there but she transferred all of my pictures and contacts, sold us a screen protector and case and mentioned all of their specials and Layered TV service. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I would definitely do business with Marie any time! The rest of the staff seemed equally as efficient since we had about a 30 minute wait to observe what was going on. All of the clerks were busy but taking care of their customers without rushing them and meeting their needs. All in all a much better experience than I anticipated. read more

They talk about each product and how it can benefit your phone line, also tell you the best deals that'll be suited for your plan and to make the most of it. Workers are always happy and willing to serve each customer as well as each other. The team work presented at this location is amazing and it has a family filled work environment feel to it.
