    I bought a new phone and four days later I could not text with it. I took it back to this store at…read more7:30pm and told them I had to have my phone for the work I do. I was told they could not help me because Sean, the guy who sold it to me, wasn't there. The person I spoke to didn't even look at the phone. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked for a different phone. He said they didn't have any in stock. I said I would take a16 instead. He said they didn't have any in the store.??? I said let me speak to your manager. He said she left. I said call her. He said she was in a meeting?? He lied to my face. In a meeting at 7:40pm at night when she had just left??? I have never had such poor service. And to be lied to all because he didn't want to bother helping me? I will never come here again.

Between Verizon and UPS something went wrong, and after five days of drifting around, my phone was "returned" to Verizon's Fort Worth warehouse. I was never informed of this; Verizon's website shows my order status as "delivered." Well I spent 8.3 hours between online automated chat (which is totally worthless), online chat with a rep (pretty much totally worthless), and four different calls with reps. Two were worthless; one was dropped; one was helpful. And two trips to Verizon's local Hub store. Verizon holds you hostage: 2-3 business days to evaluate the condition of the return? Why do I care? It was NEVER attempted to deliver. And then 7-10 business days to refund. So Verizon gets my money for two weeks. Good thing that I didn't need a phone, right? NEVER ORDER ONLINE WITH VERIZON. VERIZON BLOWS; THEY'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO SUCK.

As a retired Marine Musician, I have performed and traveled in various countries, many of the states and countless of cities. As a REALTOR for the last 17 years, I have what is basically a mobile office. My cell phone is of utmost importance. I recently purchased two phones, purchased the insurance and my wife paid for the screen protector. Well, it cracked so I went to get another screen protector. I entered the store on Battlefield Blvd and there were two female employees. and no other customers. One of them asked me what I needed and I explained it to her. She was very nice and tried to help but couldn't find my info, so the other employee, what I assume is the team leader, took over, tried looking it up and said that their system sometimes isn't working as it should. Two other Spanish speaking people then came in and as I was explaining to the team leader she noticed on of the men was walking into the office that had the door wide open and was not behind any sort of counter. She yelled at him and said what do you think you are doing you are not allowed in there that is for employees only. In broken Spanish he said he did not know, didn't see a sign (of course he didn't see the sign on the door, the door was wide open), turned and backed out immediately and sat in the chair, but she kept harping on him asking why did you try going in there, what are you thinking, you know that is an office and before she turned back to my situation I tried calling and texting my wife so that she can send me a text with the receipt. The employee then said she had only one screen left, but needs proof of my purchase, I said I have an app on my phone that says I have 360 protection that covers the screen, she said she could not use that and had to utilize her own system, She then started to repeat herself when my wife called me to help with the issue (my wife.like many, is working from home, has many business calls and her time to speak is minimal), I looked at the employee and said I have to get this then I clicked the answer button, but before I could say a word to my wife she said at a loud voice RUDE! I didn't even get to say hello, I looked up and asked "are you talking to me"? She then raised her voice and said yes you are RUDE I was stalking to you and you answered your phone. I started to explain (at her same voice level) back at her that she is repeating herself and that this call is to... then before I could finish my sentence she yelled GET OUT OF MY STORE. I said what, She yelled louder GET OUT!!! GET OUT OF MY STORE. I then went to the other customer and said what is your name, She yelled again standing at the front door GET OUT OF MY STORE DON'T TALK TO HIM. I said I am just getting George's name because she was loud and rude to him as well. There were only three Spanish guys in the store and she seems to be mad at all three of us! Again at the age of 57 I have finally been kicked out of a store for the first time in my life! T-MOBILE should pull the security video fed and fire this employee!!! UNBELIEVABLE. and SHAMEFUL!!! She did not know if the call received was for my business and urgent, medical, a family emergency or factually my wife to help solve the situation! She is there to help me, not the other way around. She can raise her voice and yell RUDE, but if I raise my voice to her level to explain I get kicked out. Just two weeks earlier (at a different store that was closed due to the virus issue) I purchased two Samsung 20 plus phones (EXPENSIVE), insurance, screen protectors and with all that money invested in TMOBILE products and services, an employee kicks me out! By the way, I went to the TMOBILE on Indian River, he was extremely nice didn't have the screen and suggested the one in Kempsville. The one in Kempsville could not believe what happened found my info within literally a minute and provided a screen under 360 protection plan. He even showed m on his computer screen that all the info was there. He asked me if there was anything else and said sorry about the other store, have a great day! Now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
