Worst t mobile store experience ever! Brian the manager was so rude to customers and other employees. Avoid this store at all cost.

I returned my TMobil internet they plugged it in and showed me the screen was "damaged" not on the exterior but on the image. The unit was operating no issues, I turned off the unit and packed it in its original box. Placed it securely in my vehicle and took it to TMobil on old San Antonio road. They charged me $79, look up TMobil damaged internet scam seems like I'm not the only one. read more

I lost my phone in Walmart and was told nobody turned it in. I went over to T-Mobile and spoke with Brian. He was extremely helpful and helped me track my phone using Google. I finally found it and it was in Walmart. read more

Brian was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very emotional and when he gave me the option to speak with a rep on the phone I said fine I'll talk to them to which he snapped and stated he was going to do all the talking because it's his credentials and he wasn't going to get in trouble because of me ( I was APPALLED at this unprofessional statement) only to make me speak to them after greeting. The lady on the phone was so kind and patient and informative so I was extremely grateful to at least speak with one unemotional adult. He stated I was the one being rude and even interrupted me to say he didn't want me interrupting him which I thought was oddly aggressive. This location is usually super chill. Wouldn't recommend coming here when Brian is here he will state he cannot help you and then be rude at the fact you're asking for help and say you were in fault. The employees around me helping the other customers didn't act that way at all and were patient and kind with the clients they helped next to me. Wish I could've received help from one of them instead. I would steer clear of this place until this dude leaves or receives better training, it's a shame given it's usually a great customer service location, though it's now down in quality read more

Zero stars if possible. This is not a T-Mobile issue my phone service is fine. The people who work here lie. Now I'm out credit they promised. DO NO TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. I would go to a different T-Mobile store or handle via phone or text. Scams. read more

Long wait times. Very generic responses on wait time and solutions. Required phone upgrade cost me many hours (over 6 hours) of time talking with T mobile staff by phone and in person. Problem still not resolved. With Sprint I d not experience this even with their forced upgrades. Perhaps it was because of not only the company, but perhaps it was resolved quicker since it was an office located in Austin. Hope to get the problem eventually resolved. And in the future I will try and alternative store. read more

Made a 12:00pm appointment to get a new Samsung Watch 4 LTE version. Staff was friendly, however not very knowledgeable about their products. They added the watch line and paired it to my phone and I was off only to find out that my watch was not active. I was not able to make or receive calls/texts. Called the sales person (Thomas) and was giving wrong information on how my watch and phone worked. Thomas and the manager told me that my watch would only receive calls when connected to my phone. I returned to the store where I spent another 2.5 hours with them explained how the watch should work they spent 2.5 hours trying to get it to work. I ran out of time and had an appointment to get to and told them I would be back in the morning. When I returned home, I called 611 customer care and they had my watch active and working in 10 minutes. The technician explained that the watch was never activated. I called the store back and Thomas answered, I explained to him I called customer care and that my watch was never activated. They never apologized for wasting my time or giving me incorrect information on how my watch worked. I am happy about the products T-Mobile carry and love my watch. I would avoid this store if you need quality customer service. read more

This review is not against T-Mobile itself they are a great company they have good coverage is against the Buda store off of Old San Antonio road only. I'm sure if you're just buying a phone or have a simple fix request on an app they might be okay but I was sent there for a warranty exchange. They lied to me and said it had water damage. It's a 2-month-old Motorola r azr flip. They actually told me to call T-Mobile and open a new manufacturer warranty request and have it sent to a different store because they didn't want to have a chargeback against their store. I stayed calm till the end. I snatched my phone back, did not touch anybody and as I was walking out there were words going back and forth not my proudest moment. Later the lady at T-Mobile decided she tried to get me arrested for assault claiming I grabbed her wrist. This is an assumption made on my own, but when the officer told her he'd have to view the video and see the assault she decided to not press charges. Well I am now banned from all T-Mobile stores in Buda which by the way are privately owned and not part of the T-Mobile company. I will be headed to an Austin T-Mobile to have my warranty swap completed. Avoid the store like the plague. read more

victoria the manager gave me absolute horrible service she wasnt helpful was talking on the phone while she was working with me wouldn't give me my money back or take the phone i bought from their store and overall just gave me a hard time do not go to this store unless you want terrible service. read more
