After calling twice for a pick up, they filled my tank with propane once again. and charged our credit card. Then I called for a pick up and a refund. They have since picked up the tank and owed me $487.00 refund. They are now telling me they are charging me $313.98 as a pick up fee. It has been four months with many calls. They just did everything in their power to try and eat up our refund. What a joke! Don't use Amerigas if you have another option!!!!!! We now have an electric pool heater and love it. Also, the final bill they just e-mailed me yesterday (upon request) is dated 1/16/24 and states that my refund is due and to allow four weeks. What a joke as it has been almost 5 months.
