Ugh, how I dreaded doing this since I knew the process would be brutal. My expectations were extremely low, and this location managed to surpass them quite easily. I counted on 2 hours, and we were there for 4. Added bonus, we had to return the next day for an additional 2 hours since they had to troubleshoot something else. I turned in my old phone for a credit and never received it. The sales rep said that it could take 2 months. After 2 months I called Verizon and they couldn't locate my phone. I gave them the tracking number and was told that this location shipped 10 older phones in one box. There was no way for them to tell which phone was mine. To top it off, they never honored my military discount. They said this could take 2 months too. This place is shady. Just make an appointment at one of the main Verizon stores.

I found my current phone of 2 years wouldn't download an app that I needed. Ola was the customer service person at the counter, helping a woman with her account. She couldn't remember passwords, and Ola very patiently helped her retrieve her information. I was next in line and proceeded to tell Ola my issue. He looked at my phone, consulted a computer, and revealed that the app in question wouldn't be supported on my 4G phone. I decided to purchase a new phone. He did his magic to have the apps and information on my old phone to transfer to my new phone. He said I could leave as long as I have the two phones close to one another. I decided to stay to make sure the new app would transfer, which was about 45 minutes. While I was there, I observed customers coming in to purchase a phone plan, another wanting to pay his bill, and another coming in to make several inquiries. Ola was above and beyond patient, calm, and helpful. He checked with me several times to make sure my phones were transferring properly. I salute Ola as a stellar employee. I can see his being very successful in whatever career path he chooses. I also commend those who raised him. I rarely write reviews, but I was so impressed with Ola.
