We were in Bentonville for a day killing time before a timed visit to Crystal Bridges, so we stopped inside the T-Mobile to look at the Apple Watch 6 specifically to see one in person. Due to the raging pandemic, we seldom make our way out to business to shop, but decided that this would be an opportune time being outside the city to learn about it and to kill time before the museum. We ultimately wound up purchasing one and were extremely happy and satisfied with the excellent service given by the Sales Representative, Alyssa. Not only was she very personable and knowledgeable about the product and explained the data plan options in a clear way, she even got the exact watch I wanted from another location while we checked into our lodging and then made our way back to complete the purchase. Oh, and she did this while graciously juggling another transaction she was wrapping up with. Ultimately, I was really pleased with Alyssa's professionalism and so glad she offered to get me the watch same day- this made all the difference and now I get to rock my new Apple Watch on my Birthday! Also, the rest of the team was really nice and pleasant and were extremely welcoming. COVID protocols were upheld, and this made us feel safe and comfortable while shopping. Don't come here if you're having any kind of issue with your phone. If you have insurance, they'll give you a number to call and a website to file a claim online. There was no sense of wanting to help us at all. We were in and out within 3 minutes because of how quick they were to turn us down. We ended up going to the one on Walton and had a great experience. We found out they are the only store who has service people onsite to help assess and fix your phone. read more

Having recently switched to T-Mobile at Walmart for extraordinary savings, I discovered the service wasn't up to expectations. Alyssa at this office helped me upgrade to a plan more to my liking - still saving a bunch. A week later my phone failed and I returned and sought her out. She concluded I would have to replace the screen. Rather than waiting forever for a repair, I asked about a new phone - and she showed me the alternatives. Then without prompting, she helped me find a repair solution that could be completed that day. I saved a thousand dollars and she lost a sale - but I'll be back to see Alyssa for a new one as soon as they come out! read more

We have 6 phone lines & wanted to add another, as well as, a new tablet line. We also wanted to get rid of a phone w/ a known issue. The lone girl in the story had no desire to help us out. She could've had $1800 worth of phones & service added but she just didn't want to help out. I asked multiple questions about Samsungs & iPhones & she couldn't answer one question. Not only was it sub par service, it's made us think about switching companies. I went into the Sprint store w/ a similar kind of phone issue & they immediately, not only swapped the phone, but also upgraded to the next gen phone. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the girl working was nice. Otherwise, it was a 1 star experience. We did not feel like we were valued as a customer. read more

The team is very deceptive. Jason, (the salesman's) only solution was for me to call customer service after he lied about the terms of our account. There was no apology, explanation, or attempt to educate the customer. A mere "call 611, they probably can't fix it though" was the only direction I was given. read more

We went here to get new service for two lines and two new phones. There were two employees - the girl was busy waiting on other customers. The guy stood and talked with a friend while we waited for 15 minutes. Don't go here...the one on Walton Blvd gave us great service! read more

Great service! Had issues with Verizon charging WAY too much. Kevin gave me a warm greeting and I felt like he genuinely listened to my concerns. He activated 4 lines and gave me a discount too! The transfers took a while but he was very personable while all my stuff moved over. Very friendly and am happy for my new Iphone 11 Max pro!! AND saving $$ on my bill. read more
