The store is bright and they have a decent selection with different price points. Again, they have a decent selection and as far as the service goes, I have been with T-Mobile for decades and have been overall pleased. It is almost time for a new phone, so I was checking out the various models. I saw a few that I liked. I will give here four stars.

I would recommend a smaller location if you're in a hurry.

We had a issue where customer service sent us into the store to pick up a new phone. Unfortunately, the phone was not available so we made a trip for no reason. He did every thing he could and made every effort to try to get us a new phone. Unfortunately our problem did not get resolved but we ended up leaving there with smiles on our faces rather than being upset. He was very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I would definitely like to visit this location again and ask for him if he is available. Kim also is very sweet, she had a great personality, which is very difficult to find at this time with the pandemic and people being short staffed. They had wonderful attitudes and because of that, I will always recommend this location to everyone that needs anything at Verizon. Christian also is at the Oviedo location too. Thank you Christian!

I went to this Verizon location as a "leaving customer". We had four mobile lines out of which we…read moretransferred three to another service provider and cancelled the fourth line. As part of the transfer to the new provider we were offered a phone balance buyout which required documentation I failed to get from Verizon's website before transferring and canceling all our lines. Our account was deactivated and calling the tollfree number was useless, so we decided to go directly to this store in person. The staff was very friendly, and despite the fact that we were no longer paying customers, they took their time in researching and printing out a detailed bill for us to use with the new provider. I had to go back one more time and Brenda spent about 30-45 minutes helping me while assisting other (paying) customers with their needs. She was kind, courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. Brenda eventually found documentation that would allow me to claim additional $400+ in savings with my new provider. I would like to take the opportunity to thank Brenda for her assistance and for providing some of most outstanding customer service I have ever seen.

She had a large family order in front of us but asked us nicely to wait in the seats provided. The store is no frills. She quickly finished their order and helped us with a rather complicated issue and a new phone order. She was able to go through all the discounts that were offered by Boost at that time and gave us the best price points and features for ALL the phones--not just the most expensive ones. She was super professional, very compassionate, and very helpful as we picked out a phone; It was one that was the best price for us, and not the most expensive--but she never seemed to care about selling the highest priced phone. It really seemed like she was there for the customer. I will definitely go back to Nicole to get my next phone plan!
