I'll never understand why it takes the entire family for your teenager to select a phone case, but whatever. I was here about a phone replacement last week, after going to another location who did not have my desired phone in stock. They called around and located at this store and placed it on hold with the manager. In addition to looking like a teenager, the manager had little recollection of the conversation and arrangement a mere 20minutes later, and the employee who interacted with me consistently cut me off as I was answering her scripted questions, only to ask me another question that could have been avoided IF SHE HAD JUST LET ME FINISH TALKING! Unfortunately, she was also the only employee who was not wearing a name tag of any sort, which prevented me from making any valuable remarks in the customer service survey i was texted as soon as I walked out the door. Cricket service is what it is, and generally it isn't bad. Their employees, however, need to lose the attitude. I seem to encounter the ones who have an overinflated ego or a chip on their shoulder every other time I come in, regardless of location.

Susan & George helped me pick the items i needed - provided me with pricing (with and without the pro-membership) , did not try to pressure sell me, and provided details of different options of the item i was looking for- because i was running late for an event i was so happy to see that they had the very latest version of the item i had been searching for but could not find at other stores i had already been to. all in all, i had a great customer service at this location. thank you, Susan & George!

Juan was the only one there and said he was relatively new there but let me tell you, Juan went above and beyond with several phone calls to T-Mobile and to his manager to get us taken care of. His patience in trying to resolve issues that arose was impressive. His customer service skills were absolutely excellent. Very much appreciated that he took the time to get us taken care of.

So yesterday when I started my car after a great lunch, I got a warning about my key fob being…read moreweak. Luckily for me I was in the area of my go to place for batteries. My watch, yes I still wear a watch, that had needed batteries for a while but I never seemed to be in that area when it was open or I forgot. So it was rush hour with backed up traffic and not that far so decided to go right away. Who wants to fiddle with that tiny non key key for the car? I usually have it replaced every two years but obviously missed this time. Good to know the car will remind me. So 15 minutes later I was there. It's right off Bandera but a little hard to find as all the place names have been removed from the building. It's between Grass Valley and Poss by the Taco Bell. Very quick service both my watch and fob were replaced in a few minutes I paid and was back on my way. They have all kinds of batteries, light bulbs and cell phone repair stuff here but I only use them for batteries. I'm usually on my way to somewhere and don't want to spend much time. In and out quickly with a smile. As long as I still wear a watch or need fob batteries replaced this is the place for me. I often then stop at ChaChos for a drink on my way back but not this time, traffic was just too bad and it's still just to go.

Service is pretty good at this location! I first came in to purchase the Take Flight ring. I bought…read moreone for myself and one for my mom so we could match. It was also her Mother's Day present. I really wanted to have them engraved. However because the band is thinner than the other rings, they were not able to. It still worked out though and my mom loved the ring. We also went back to the store for the deal they were having, "buy two charms and get a necklace or bracelet free". My mom picked out the two charms she wanted and choose a bracelet. They keep the bracelet to solder on the charms. The staff member that was assisting me said it would be ready the next day at 7pm. I went after work around 6pm, hoping to see if they had finished it early. It wasn't ready, but I wait 5 minutes or less and it was ready.
