absolutely HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! DO NOT waste your time coming here, go to the experience store instead!! i came here today to get my screen protector changed as it is cracked. i previously went to the experience store instead hburg (where i always go) but it had an hour wait so i decided to come here. i walk in, smiled at the lady, she proceeded to just look at me, ok cool. i say i need my screen protector changed, she doesn't even look at me and says smartly, "do you have insurance with us?" i say yes i do. she proceeds to get up and get a screen protector that fits my phone. the go to brand in the blue and white box. i state that that brand is NOT the ones they put on my phone at the experience store. however they DO use the GLASS ELITE ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTER IN THE RED AND WHITE BOX!! i would know this since ive had this same phone for over a year now and have gotten this same screen protecter replaced numerous times. she sat there and argued with me telling me that is in fact NOT the screen protector i have on my phone since it's not "blue light blocking" or "privacy"... i'm well aware of this. it's the same brand just the glass elite version not the blue light blocking or privacy. she then proceeded to try and put the go to brand on my phone because she's arguing and saying that's the one on my phone. then she very rudely told me to go to the experience store since they put the zagg brand on my phone. trust me i will only be going to the experience store!!! i will never step foot in this one again! i am disgusted and mad is an understatement! i don't think customer service is the job for her!!!! 10/05/2025 at 2:30pm below you can see the difference in the screen protectors. read more

I only giving one star because they don't let you leave none. This location must have some of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. After 20 years of customer service I very disappointed they didn't try any harder to help and seem to only go in circles. I would have been fired for treating customers the way I have been treated at this location!! Multiple times my spouse and I don't have gotten attuditue from imployees for simply asking questions and standing our ground on paying for things we didn't understand why. read more

I would rate them less if I could. They raised their voice at my grandmother for something that she totally didn't understand, as technology isn't something she knows a lot about. As we were leaving the store, they were grumbling under their breath about us. They just didn't want to preform our service because it wouldn't make them any money. The change from Sprint to T-Mobile has just been terrible. Cassidy in particular was yelling out the door at us. I didnt catch the other girl's name, but she was particularly rude to my grandmother. How embarrassing! I hope they feel ashamed of themselves. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. It was so bad I asked Gadget town, what can be done. They say, "yep those phones with those screens often have problems" I'm thinking, then why offer this service. I told him my previous cracked screen worked better and I asked if he could just reinstall it. He then proceeds to say, for $20 more the OLED screen is great. Well, $20 more and after a few weeks, I'm noticing glitches with this one. The screen won't work while plugged in and when it's in my pocket, it will randomly select and activate apps. My advice is, go to a professional for new screen installments.

Also noteworthy is during our visit, a gentleman came in returning a tablet. He was told he was buying the tablet for one penny. They didn't tell him that they added a line to his plan for it. Luckily, the corporate office was able to resolve my issue but this entire ordeal was quite stressful.

After Anthony explained to me what was going on with my computer, I allowed him to take everything off of my computer to have it transferred to another one.
