The manager Allen helped us, and he was knowledgeable friendly and helpful. he let us take the battery out to the motorcycle to see if it was the correct one before actually paying for it. I had to ask for latex gloves so our hands wouldn't get totally dirty and he promptly went to the back and got us a couple pairs. That was great service with a smile. The price was average where I expected it to be at about $100, they give a nice military discount at O'Reilly's. this location is conveniently located right on the main drag. We appreciate the help and pleasant service from Allen and all the employees here. I would recommend this location.

0 stars Was told by my dr to get insulin today or go to…read morethe E.R. My pharmacy did not have in stock. I called multiple places and Walgreens is the only place that had it. My dr. called in in directly to avoid any problems, due to the sense of urgency. I personally couldn't get anyone on the phone over an hour after he called it in, so I just went. The lady there was the rudest person I've ever met. She had no clue who I was and said she couldn't see where anything was called in. She told me to give her an hour and she would look through her unopened orders and call me. I went home and waited 2 hours, no call. Of course, I was put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. So I drove there again! After a very long wait with no line, I was told I couldn't get because my insurance wouldn't approve. I know is bs! After 30 min wait got that handled. Finally got my insulin, drove home only to find out, no needles. Drove back there (5 miles obtw) and same lady told me, "yea I know but dr. didn't say anything about needles so you can't have." I asked, why wasn't this explained? The same miserable lady (hates men obtw) refused to give me needles. She then refused to help me anymore. She got another lady to come help me and gave me my needles . I will never, ever go back to that place as long as I live! Obtw, never seen a pharmacist and never was able to talk to one. I could have died without the insulin and told the lady this, and she said she did not care. Unbelievable! It's astonishing the treatment I received from this place. Obtw this is a pharmacist and the drive through windows are so filthy you can barely see through them. This place needs shut down immediately! My apologies for the "novel" but people need to know to NOT GOT THERE!

I was a 3 year long customer of Cricket Wireless and had my bill setup for auto pay. Last month…read moresomething went wrong and their auto pay did not go through (it was being billed through my credit card and whatever the cause of this, it was not through any fault of mine). I contacted Cricket when it came to my attention, which was only one day after the pre pay bill was due to pay it manually and they informed me that I would have to pay a $15 reconnect fee despite the circumstances of how the bill should have been paid through their autodraft system. They refused to waive the $15.00 fee; therefore I decided to switch carriers. Fast forward 20 days later and I did in fact switch carriers and called Cricket to find out when I could expect a refund of the unused days that I paid for, to which they replied that no refund would be given as this is their company policy. So in essence, they want you to prepay for a month of service, but you will not receive a refund if you opt out of their service mid month. Also, you cannot depend on their autodraft process for billing, and you will get charged a reconnect fee if you are even one day late with your payment. Cricket Wireless is the absolute worst!!
