Hate this T-Mobile down bad. I live around the corner so I've been here a few times and there's always the same stank face girl working every time. One time I added a line and she failed to mention the phone was actually around $900-$1000 and made it sound like I was walking out the door with a really good price for the phone. Turns out when I tried to cancel the line I had to finish paying the remaining balance which I didn't know was an $800 phone. She never mentioned that to me and when I called to explain the situation to T-Mobile, they told me that she had been let go, but I came in today and she was there working again with the same stank face and attitude. Do not go to this store. Super shady, they'll try to sell you promotions and blatantly lie about them as well as give you wrong information. The turn around for employees is what they use an excuse to this. Hence employee no longer here, so even if we have it in writing nothing theyll do to fix. According to manager not the companys fault for wrong info. Youre better off going to an actual T-Mobile Store, this is independently owned store - authorized retailer so they cant fix the issues they cause. read more

I came to this store recently after not coming the last 6 months and honestly, what a difference !! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the all the reps. I felt super welcomed! The store was clean and the music was a vibe! It's worth saying that this store recently got a brand new team, new manager and all new reps. Claribel is the representative that helped me and she was very attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me find a great promotion that fit with my budget and set clear expectations for my bill. The new manager Jay was also super helpful and nice!! I noticed she made it a point to introduce herself to every customer and asked how everything was going! Definitely the best experience I have had in any T-Mobile store. read more

I went to get a new phone and the lady her name was Teresa had told me and my girlfriend that there was a promotion going on for the iPhone 13 Pro Max a buy one get 700 off a phone, so that the iPhone 13 costing $700 Would pretty much be free. She had told us that she didn't need to add a new line that she just needed to change someone's number and the promotion would work. We were later told by a customer service rep from T-Mobile that, that is a scam. The promotion is a to add a new line, not to change a number . I would not recommend coming here ever . If you go to this Tmobile and you see an employee or "manager" of the name Gabriel. Look for someone else. He will lie to you about the prices and how much you will pay and add more things onto your purchase. Once you notice and go back to change it back or make it right, he will tell you there's nothing he can do and direct you to customer service. This kid will make money off of you and not care what you have to pay and go through. Since I'm pretty sure they get commission off what they sell , he's only looking out for himself and not the costumer. He should not work there. On top of that he also told my mom to never come back to the store or he would call the cops because he got upset with her for her telling him he should be more honest with people if he claims to be the manager. My mom is not a criminal and he treated her like one. My mom has been with the company for 20 years and has never experienced anyone like him. Mind you even before Gabriel started helping , we have witnessed him getting yelled at from another customer for the same thing. If there's a consistent pattern with Gabriel and him having upset customers than maybe he should realize where the root of the problem is at . We have already reported him to HR and it sucks knowing that he knows they won't do anything about it, so he continues doing this to people. If you're able to go to another location, please do. Liers always quick to say a case or item is free but when its time to sign the paper work you can see that they include the full price for that so called free item/ promotion and include a small amount of a buck or two towards the monthly bill for up to 24 months. FRAUD ALERT!!!!! If I could give negative stars to this store I would. The worst T-Mobile experience I've ever had. They did fraud on my account and screwed me out of $650 cash. Now my phone and account is screwed up. I had to go to a different T-Mobile to find out this location messed up my account completely and robbed me. The second T-Mobile I went to worked with me for 5 hours and we are still trying to fix what this store messed up. This store has gone downhill in the past years. I always used to get excellent service. There is a certain male employee that I always seem to get and he acts like he is just too cool to be there at his job actually working. I was there to buy more equipment and he acted like he would much rather be anywhere else. No eye contact and just no manners. Manager is really rude, talks down to you and makes you feel like crap for not being able to afford a newer phone. I have been told by different employees at this location over many years they are just a satellite store. like the kiosks in the malls that just sell phones and aren't allowed or don't have access to help with anything and they have told me that i have to go to a main store (real store) for any help. Some of the employees are so lazy here i have been told i that could not have a printed receipt because they don't have access in the system to print. Instead i have to get a sms text message of my receipt. A text would be perfectly fine if they would ever send it to the right phone number. I have told them about this and they look it up on the computer and they can't change anything because they don't have access again. This location is really close to my house but they will not or can't ever help me so i drive 5 miles up the road to a better store. If you are just going to pay your bill and that's all nothing else at all and don't care if you might or might not get a receipt. Then this store can help....Kinda read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS T-mobile it is horrible, me and my mom went to go get our selfs 2 new iPhone 11 for the deal with 90$ out the door and they totally ripped us off! The employees ARE RUDE THEY DONT EVEN HELP YOU OUT I went to go in there for some help with my phone and one of the employees told me "you should know how to do it, it's easy" AND DIDNT EVEN HELP ME AT ALL. THE WORST T-MOBILE STORE IN ARIZONA...... do not fall on their Magic Word. "Would you like to add a tablet today on your account and you get a full refund for it after keeping it active for 3 months" .. Major BULL , store manager Clifton Williams always ask to every customer that walks in when he pulls up your account for any matter your in. He offers you tablet keep service for 3 months then you will get a rebate. They either forget to give you a rebate form they have to provide you for customer to fill out and submit or he either gives you one that is not on the promotion mentioning he will honor it and your are stock with it , with the device bill, with service bills and with a terrible experience run around of chasing him for that credit that every time your in store to take care of the issue your told by Clifton , I will make a note and you will see a credit on your next bill. Bull s.... all they care here in this store and this manager to sale as much as they can false advertising lying to customer so they can get their commission...... AVOID this store if you don't want a big issue and a big head ache.
