Worst customer service. Jeny told me I needed to "make it quick because she had a meeting in the back" Those walls are paper thin and I could here everything they were talking about as soon as I walked in. Discussion far from a work meeting. I will never come to this location again. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

Came in to make the transition from another carrier to T-Mobile and left 110% satisfied. Maks and Conner answered all of our questions and even went above and beyond to find us 2 additional phones at other stores they didn't have. Conner offered to pick them up on his day off. Ended up saving money over our old carrier to boot. Would 100% recommend this location. Thanks again Maks and Conner!! read more

I've been trying to get this resolved for 8 months and the TCC rep tells me each month it's resolved, yet it's not.
