Hey Friends, How is everyone today? I choose T-Mobile for my Cellular needs. I'm really pleased with the personal customer services that I receive. Any difficulties that I can't fix, the customer service Staff at their brick-and-mortar stores is always well trained to troubleshoot and quickly fix any issues. Product Knowledge is very important, I require my sales counselors to have the most up-to-date knowledge and training in these new and constantly evolving devices. At the cost of about $1,000, each for the cell phones, it's so important that your devices are warrantied. It's also critical that a support staff is 24/7 available for assistance. Whether in person or by telephone I know that I can always get some help, when the phones have issues in the middle of the night. I was very pleased with the service I received at the T-Mobile today I needed some new earbuds. As technology is constantly advancing, I was introduced to the new wireless Beats. They are very interesting and lightweight. I also purchased my usual Plantronics wearable earpiece that I use in my businesses. Thanks so much to the Manager Miguel, for making my visit, an enjoyable learning and Shopping experience. With the Free private parking, I can stop in and impulse shop here at anytime. Thanks for the help again today..see you folks again soon. JIM D. read more

No stars. Had to do one to get review posted. Would do negative if I could. Wish I had read some of these reviews before I went here. These people are not only scammers but the rudest, lazy and obnoxious people ever. A team of 2 reps sold me on changing my plan to a promotion for the same amount of money as I was paying and I ended up paying $100 more per month for 3 months. When I went to try and get my old plan back they said they couldn't help me. Call T-mobile support. Which I did and they conducted an investigation and found that they needed to correct this at the store. I went back and was told by the ignorant Manager, Greg, that not only could he not help me but that my husbands NEW phone had a virus and I would need to take it to a tech or get another new phone. What??? My Regional manger is in tomorrow and he will call you. He didn't so i went to the store. He was there hiding in the back and refused to come out and even discuss my issue because he just got back from vacation and had work to catch up on. Who does that! Not even acknowledge the customer or their problem cause he is too busy. I called T-Mobile and they were so sorry that they switch me to another plan paying less than my lesser amount and asked me to always go to a T-Mobile, not a third party retailer. By the way, no virus either. Called T-Mobile and tech support found an app that was downloaded and once removed, everything was fine. The staff is rude, clueless and should not be working for T-Mobile. read more

I came in here with no expectation, but wow I was amazed by Elizabeth. I was with Verizon and wanted to transfer my line. She was juggling between 5 people, but took care of at the end of the day with top notch experience. Please go ask for her when you need help creating a new line or transferring! She handled my business perfectly! I can't thank her enough! Please go to this store if it's not out of your way! read more

If you value just bare minimum customer service don't go here. Unless they are profiting they won't bother to help you. I went today and the lady that was servicing me didn't provide any help whatsoever and just told me to do everything myself regarding transferring my data onto a new phone. She left after 5 mins and while she was "helping" me she was on the phone the whole time and just went on her break. She ordered food and didn't even tip the driver and even he gave her a look. Don't bother coming here if you just need help. read more

So I went to this store and they lied to me. Laziness, cause I came from Sprint, as confirmed by Sprint on the phone. Said I could only be helped at the Tmobil corporate store. Lies.Customer service is rapidly disappearing and that was very evident at this store. read more

PLEASE READ BEFOR STEP IN THE STORE!! They are SCAMMERS. Do not visit this branch for your t-mobile services. I don't understand how they are still serving customers. Don't trust all information they provide to you regarding promotions or services. They are seems very friendly but they are all swindlers. BE AWARE!! read more

I had such a lovely experience at the store today. I had to get a new iPhone as it seemed like my old iPhone was giving up on me. So I walked in and got the newest iPhone but was limited on time. Keith provided efficient fast and informative service. Not only that but I also really enjoyed the experience being in the neighborhood there's nothing like that kind of service. This will be the store I always will visit because not only was Keith very professional but the entire staff was professional and attentive as well. Usually buying a new iPhone and setting it up would take me about an hour and I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. Hands-down the most efficient productive fast and favorite service I have ever received walking into any store. Thank you Keith and staff for servicing me today. I love my new iPhone! read more

horrible. i went to this store last week (11/05/20) to purchase a phone case. i came today (11/12/20) into the store to return the phone case and one of the workers was NOT wearing her mask. she had to go to the back to retrieve her mask. This employee also said to me that their store does NOT do returns, even though I purchased my phone case from them literally a week ago. She told me that I had to go to a corporate store to do the returns. So, i went to another store that was 10mins away to do the return. when i arrived to the corporate store i told them everything that happened and they gave the "are you serious" look. i gave them the stores number and they tried calling at least 5-7xs. 2 out of the 7xs they called they ignored/ended the call. later when they finally decided to answer the phone they said, "oh we do accept returns." BITCH WHAT THE FUCK!!!! like yea i want to run around queens to return a damn phone case. this store sucks just go to a corporate store. don't waste your time. read more
