Had a lady help me and my mom upgrade a phone. She asked me which one I wanted. I told her I have…read morepro max now and asked the size comparison. After that conversation I decided I did not want to downsize and stay with the pro max she then asked what color I wanted and went to the back to grab it for me. We were making small talk as she was getting things ready. And she handed me the phone to type in a password. I said "wow this is smaller than I was expecting" she paid no attention to me as she was texting on her personal phone then I handed it back to her. My fault for the miss communication but again she should've let me see it before starting the transfer. I paid what I needed to and no complaint about that. She then put my new phone back in the box and handed it to me as I couldn't use it yet cause it was transferring. I then made my way to the store to pick out a case. I got my old phone out (iPhone 14 pro max) and held my new one next to it and said "wow this is not right" I went to the settings and looked at the phone and realized she upgraded me to a pro instead of pro max. I said no big deal it was an accident and headed back to the store. They were busy so we patiently waited. I work in customer service so I know how it is when things are busy and stressful and trying to keep a good attitude. But I told her my situation and she said "no you said you did want to downsize" I said no it was a simple mistake and it's fine. She then said "well my manger isn't here I will need them to help return it and you will pay a $55 restocking fee" i said I am not paying anything because it was not my fault. She then said she can't do anything till 9 am the next morning with her manager. Could improve on customer service skills and apologize but she did not once say sorry. I know things happen but it could've been handled better. I am now without as I work tomorrow and have to send my things with my mom as she is the authorized user.

I told them what was going on, one of the techs took my phone and went to the back. He came back a few minutes later and said that should fix it, when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing. While I was there I did purchase a new screen protector which they also installed for me. I would highly recommend CPR Festus. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in the next before they closed and I assume it was the owner but it was the best service I've ever received! He asked me if I had a cover for the IPad and I said I did not... he said follow me... he proceeded to give me a extremely nice cover that he had in his car... he did not have to do this and I offered to pay for it obviously but he said no thank you... he mentioned he had kids and knows the importance of a cover. Lol I will recommend this company / service to all! Thanks The IPad works as it should . Aaron

My husband and I walked into this store wanting a phone that would cost $25/mo so that the Verizon…read moreEdge credit of $25 would essentially make the phone free. After going over some phones and talking with Daniel, who was incredibly outgoing and sociable, we got the white Samsung S6. We were told that the taxes were due upfront, so we paid $84.22. When we went to a corporate Verizon store 14 days later, we bought another Samsung S6 (gold) and also had to pay taxes, which were $54.22. Puzzled, the Verizon rep told us to check our receipt from TCC to see what else was on there. Lo and behold there was a $30 Redux membership on the receipt! We went back to TCC and said that we did not want a Redux membership and did not even know we had purchased it! It was after the 14 day return period, so the manager had to submit a request to get the $30 refunded because we were not advised of the membership. In a few weeks we are supposed to get a check for the $30, so hopefully that does work out. However, looking at our receipt from TCC we also noticed that we were charged $650 for the phone whereas corporate Verizon charged $600. After doing the math, we realized that the same phone was going to cost us diff monthly payments depending on the place we got it. The real Verizon store gold phone was going to be free, whereas the TCC white phone was going to be an extra $2.08/mo (above the $25 Edge credit). When I brought this to Daniel from TCC's attention, he said that he knew it was going to be $2.08 extra per month and he thought he told us that. I told him that we were not expecting that and that we went there with a plan to get a phone that would be free with the monthly credits. I reminded him that we share a bill with 2 other people so we always pay 1/2 the bill. With the $2.08 extra per month, the other two people will have to subtract $2.08 from the total and then divide the bill by two to figure out what they owe us...how frustratingly annoying and inconvenient. Daniel actually understood that there was a miscommunication somewhere and said that the only thing he could do was to request a credit for $50. When I called to check on the progress of the request, a rep on the other end said that he checked with the manager and there is nothing they could do because we signed a contract stating the price of the phone. He said that TCC charges more for the phones because they have to get them from Verizon, so there was nothing they could do for us. Bottom line: Just go to a real Verizon store!! Update: Just found out that this happened to my mother and father in law today (7/29/15)! I will be heading to the Arnold TCC store now to return his phone, cancel his Redux membership, and then cancel her phone order and finally take them up to a real Verizon store to actually get their phones upgraded. Sheesh....save yourself the headache consumers, go to the real thing! Verizon is actually a great company!
