Not only that it was the day before my best friend's wedding. We stopped in there to see what they could do for me. I knew when I went in there I didn't have an upgrade any time soon! Joel and the manager Christian were beyond amazing!! They were able to let me upgrade early. I was able to get a brand new phone with a case and they even included a portable charging pack! I live in Chicago and no one ever acts like they care. Joel and Christian were so great. Their customer service was totally appreciated! They saved the day and we had a blast at the wedding!

Kyle made activation and transfer of data painless! He went above and beyond. Answered all our questions and then some. The customer service .... OUTSTANDING. They were busy since the minute they opened. Phone rang, he apologized and asked if he could take the call. Absolutely...multi tasking, hell yes. I showed him the receipt for the battery which still had two months worth of warranty coverage. He brought out a tester and said that the battery was fine. I didn't believe him and it turned out I was correct. The Die Hard battery "died". My feeling is he just didn't want to take responsibility or be bothered for a warranty item from another store. Not impressed at all and would not go back there nor would I buy another diehard battery.

I could not get off the back battery plate and asked store rep for assistance. The rep get the old battery out and replaced with new fresh battery in about 1 minute. I asked what I owed and was presented a $17.35 bill. I was not informed there was a charge for putting in the 3.00 battery. I did pay the bill and lodged a complaint with Battery Plus Corporate. To my great surprise Matt, the Store Manager, said he agreed with my assessment, had a meeting to instruct everyone to inform work costs before proceeding, and said that he would give me a full refund which he did on 2-4-2026. I am quite pleased that Matt was so forthright in giving my full purchase price back. I give high kudos to Matt and all the Batteries Plus store personnel. I called Verizon, filed a claim, paid my deductible and they sent me here for a repair. It turned out it was my screen protector that was damaged, not the screen. No major repair was needed. Within 5 minutes I was out the door with a new screen protector and called Verizon and got my deductible back too. Very honest and reliable........

Office Max / Office Depot. I needed passport size pictures from an existing .jpg…read moreCalled the store and was given an email address to their print center. Cost was literally pennies to print them. A new set of photos would have cost me around $20 I emailed the attachment and picked up the prints in under an hour. The staff at the print center were courteous and knowledgeable. They seemed to have a good amount of work to keep them occupied, shows that the business is running well. Happy to see a local store doing good.
