Not helpful at all !!!!!! No structure there !!! Went there and they told me I had water damage and they didn't want to take a lost there . Bottom line was no water damage it was a battery issue that was fixed . I'm now opting out of t- mobile all together. Going back to good ole Verizon..... better deal and cheaper. Thanks for helping me find a better deal with new phones read more

WORST T-Mobile I have ever encountered. They never resolve ANY issues... provide incomplete information, overall waste of time. I have been there numerous times to upgrade my family's phones and to add a line. Each and every time I walked in, I spent an hour or more and walked out exactly how I walked in... with NOTHING resolved. Just take the drive and go to the Galleria Mall's T-Mobile. read more

Service rude. The young lady, who was the manager inform me to call myself with assistance with T-Mobile. This store is not a company store, but a franchise store, expect rude service and no assistance. Corporate was notified of the poor service. T-Mobile corp. informed me the store located in Suffern NY. is a company own store. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. They sold me a phone that does not work. They would not replace it in the store in Chester - have to wait until Customer Service sends a new phone to that horrible. store. The employees are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. The manager is non-existent - he pretends he does not know what is going on and ignores you instead of coming over to help. AVOID THIS STORE. read more

This is the worst retail location for T-Mobile I've ever been to. The associates were pressuring us to purchase additional ads-one multiple times. The manager was not helpful when asking questions and the worst thing was this one associate. She said "why don't you just let them do the activation" with a strong attitude and walked away, forcing us to be helped by another associate. That second associate then attempted to sell us a phone with a color that was different than the one we desired saying "who cares, you just put a case on it". This was the worst customer service I have ever seen. Severely needs new management. read more

By far the best store I've been to! Staff and management really have everything down packed and are super helpful. Go above and beyond for their customers! Try to find your needs and stick to them, and are always willing to put in extra hours for their customers, so loyal and hardworking! read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

This review is on the customer service I received here. I decided after I got back from a trip. I wanted to by a PS4 someone I had been talking to told me I had to get this game. So I had to buy the system lol. I called up the number around noon. This girl put me on hold. Then apologized for the inconvenience. I asked her is she had any PS4 systems In stock she said yes she would pull one in the back and reserve it if I would like. She took my name and then asked if I need anything else. So I named a few new games and she said she will see me later. When I arrived. The place was pretty busy but "the sales guy opened the door for me which I thought was super nice of him" I told him I was picking up some reserved items. He had me go talk to the girl who immediately said "your josh right?" She said she had all my stuff here. She asked me if I wanted anything else to my order. I told her "no, I travel too much to play vid games I have a big boy job" I was not intending to sound like a jerk. But she said " ouch that one hurt josh " I felt super bad I would never intentionally put someone down like that. I did not think twice about what I said. After she rang me up she was soo nice. She carried my bags to my car. So I have her a tip. I'm not making this up ether. I never thought in a million years someone would carry my games out for me. I would expect it in a LV or a gucci store but not a local game store. The only downside I have. There was this couple in the store arguing over a game. A grown adult and his wife arguing over weather or not to get a game. Like I'm sorry buddy no one wants to hear that. Other than that I would recommend this place to anyone. PROS: - staff far exceeded my expectations - reserved everything just went in and paid - carried my bags to car CONS: - customers in store were arguing over a game
