My experience with this place was sketchy at best! I went to this Verizon store to try and get a…read morebetter deal than Xfinity and the first sketchy thing that I noticed was that Jeremy (the employee that was helping my wife and I) asked me to show him my billing information so I could receive the best possible price. The second sketchy thing was that Jeremy wanted to run a credit check on me which has never happened before when I opened a phone account or internet account. The third sketchy thing that happened was Jeremy asked me for a deposit which has never occurred before either and I had to ask them if this deposit was for the internet and phone service that I had applied for and Jeremy said yes and that it was nothing to worry about so I figured the deposit would be the first month of service which would have been $97.00 for both internet service and phone service so I gave him my credit card information and after Verizon took the deposit he said that my $125.00 deposit was accepted , so after the initial shock of hearing the amount of money that the deposit was, I asked why the deposit was more than the agreed price and Jeremy said that the deposit was not for the internet and phone service, the deposit was for installation of the cable. The cable and the equipment that they were going to charge me for is already installed in all 48 units of our condominium complex because the complex has a contract with Verizon . I have no idea how much they would have charged me after they did the work, only God knows but I immediately stopped the process of purchasing anything from Verizon and told Jeremy to return the deposit to my credit card account, which he said he did but when I checked to make sure that he did I found that he didn't and the charge went through and I had to have my credit card company force Verizon to return the money and to top it all off I called Jeremy to get some information on why and how the charges went through he asked if he could put me on hold for a second and then disconnected the call and would not answer the phone after that! I would suggest if you are going to shop with Verizon, be aware of Jeremy and the scams! PS If you're having trouble with or if you end up having trouble with Jeremy his personal phone number is (978)-486-0870

I originally made an appointment through Verizon and then called the store and the store advised that Verizon doesn't actually communicate with them so best to call them directly. Second time was this week (new phone) for back cover replacement due to non-functional power button, again staff was very helpful and answered all my questions, they estimated 48 hours for repairs, I checked in a few hours before the 48 hour mark, got a nonspecific response, then a notification within the hour that the phone was ready. Overall good experiences and would highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs as overall both experiences were positive and the work was completed in estimated time frame and no further issues with phone.

Went back to B+ next day with my AAA jump-started car (AAA also declined to install purchased battery pushing their generic brand - and in fact this failed battery was their - wrongly selected - non-AGM type model only 4-yrs old). The B+ team there did a great job installing on the spot not only the main start-up battery but also an auxiliary battery, which also turned out to be dead, too as. Excellent, friendly service and great that all needed parts were in stock, for our rarer Mercedes model.
