My iPhone stopped functioning inexplicably and I was hundreds of miles from home, having just flown in for my grandfather's funeral. This Verizon shop is across from the funeral home so I came over to get my phone fixed when I had a chance. I was welcomed into the shop with hospitality and warmth, my iPhone got all taken care of and I was even able to use the desk phone to make some calls to my office to sort out the new phone. Loved the courtesy and professional of my experience with Walter and this location. My son dropped his iPhone 5C and shattered the screen. I found Cellairis online and saw they have a…read morekiosk in Neshaminy Mall so we took it there. We got to the kiosk at 8pm and the guy was by himself and already working on a repair. He told me how much it would cost and said my repair would take about 20 mins once he finished the one he was working on. I said ok and he asked for my cell number so he could shoot me a text when it was done. We walked around the mall for a bit and around 845pm he sent me a text saying it was ready. The good thing about the kiosk is that we walked by a few times to see his progress - was he still on the first repair, was he on my repair yet etc. The repair was quick and only $70. My son broke his iPod screen years ago and the place I took it to charged over $100, so I quickly agreed to the $70 for an iPhone 5C! I also bought a tempered glass screen protector for $10, which was a percentage off because I had the repair done but I don't remember the percentage. I couldn't get my computer to him, so he came and picked it up. Had it fixed and back to me by the next morning. I also found the charge to be very reasonable. My husband and I really enjoyed talking to him. He is very sharp on computers. And he is a veteran. Will definitely keep his phone numbers on hand and will call him again with any computer problem.
