No one else was in the store. After about 2 minutes, I walked up to the man with the couple asking if there was anyone else in the store. He replied yes so I waited. Six minutes later I approached the man asking how long. I never received an answer other than soon. So I sat and waited another 5 minutes wondering if I should leave. Then a young man came out. I explained that while my LG was old, I suspected too many apps were running and could he assist me in clearing them. His reply stunned me saying that the store was only sales and he probably couldn't help. I then inquired that I knew I was up for a newer phone and inquired about such. He took my name and cell number along with my driver's license saying that he would work up a plan and went to the back once again. I sat for an additional 20 minutes then got up and walked out. 33 minutes waiting for nothing while the store was empty. Never again!
