We have had both voice and MLPS data circuits provided by Broadview for our five offices in eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Service uptime is great, and the times we do have trouble their responsiveness has been very good. We have moved office locations four times since we started with Broadview, and they have been accommodating to installing the new circuits and performing cutovers on the date and time(s) we requested. The changes they have handled are not limited to just moving offices and circuits. They also include upgrades to the data circuits, installation of new DIDs, and three complete IP schema changes to our data networks. Also, on two occasions they have been able to work with companies we are partnered with to install circuits at the companies' facilities and activate a cross-connect back to our network with minimum issues. Beyond voice and data we have also utilized their hosted Websense web security software for over four years, and their hosted McAfee MXLogic Mail Security and Spam appliance for over two years. This past year we have signed up for their phone conferencing service and will soon be utilizing their new web conferencing solution that they are offering. We are very satisfied with the quality of all of these services and Broadview has been very helpful answering questions as we have been learning how to use the products. Overall our experience with Broadview Networks has definitely met our expectations for our business needs and we look forward to continuing to utilize their services in the future.

I took it to them and they worked around the clock to get the data out of the hard drive that Windows 10 destroyed and managed to extract all the files I needed. They had the computer up and running in three days and even managed to get some MS software back into operation which the crash nearly destroyed. Did i mention that the "free" Windows 10 upgrade destroyed my hard drive? They were consummate professionals all the way and did every thing and more that I asked them to do.
