I wrote the review on Google review in store for 5 dollars off the service. The charging port had…read moreissues it didn't have before and the phone wouldn't charge until I brought it back 10 minutes later as I was going home. Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. All they did was make more problems and take my money with no customer satisfaction. I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to in order to post this They responded to this on Google saying they tried to call me and that the camera parts were ordered and ready to install but i never got a voice mail or missed call from them about it, why would I go back and bring my phone in if they did not fix the first issue i has with the battery? The full review on Google explains everything and why i didn't take it in to get taken care when i noticed the issue hadn't been taken care of. Don't go here for repairs they're going to rip you off

I ended up directing my questions to another employee (the girl with braids) just to try to get basic information. When she couldn't help either, I asked if they could check with their group or see if there was any way to help me. It was very uncomfortable because I could clearly see them texting about me instead of actually trying to resolve the issue. There was also a third employee helping two other customers who looked visibly annoyed the entire time, which made the whole environment feel unwelcoming. I don't know if they were having a long day or what, but as a customer, that shouldn't come across this way. What makes it worse is that they did have iPhones in stock, but because of the lack of knowledge, communication, and overall attitude, I decided to leave and purchase from a different T-Mobile location instead. My experience was on Jan 7th at 3pm fix your workers

Would not charge. Came back a few days later and the guy threw the cord in the trash, gave me a new one and said this was he guarantees will work. OK that's cool. Go home and this one shows charging on my office but after charging all night only moved up to 10% charged. Called my phone company and they said they would send me a charger. Great Go back here to get a refund and the guy at counter said he won't refund me. Started being real disrespectful and trying to bs me with cell phone lingo. When I wouldn't fall for it he started yelling at me and started waving bye to me. This made me angry and I really wanted to teach the young kid a lesson. I left and told him I would write about my experience on yelp. He said he doesn't give a f and that he would make more reviews from his friends to counteract my bad one. Hmmm shady. Anyway don't come here unless you like to get swindled. I even left my cord that I paid for there and told him to keep it as I have no use for it. They can sell it to some other poor sap.

I didn't catch the employee's name, but he was tall, heavyset, with long hair and a beard…read more I went into this store because my cellular data and reception had stopped working altogether. I had purchased a new phone through AT&T because they offered a significantly better deal and better coverage in my new ZIP code, including a new iPhone 18 Pro Max. The AT&T employees had already spent quite a bit of time helping me navigate T-Mobile's process to obtain a transfer PIN so I could move my number over. From the beginning, this employee was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. The first thing he told me was that the AT&T employees should be handling this, not him, and that they had "failed at their job." He then repeatedly insisted that I should simply do it myself through the T-Mobile app using the account owner's login, since I was on a family plan. I tried several times to explain why that wasn't possible in my situation, but instead of listening, he repeatedly talked over me. At one point, when I continued trying to explain the issue, he responded sarcastically, "Okay, well, I'm just gonna stop speaking then." The one genuinely helpful thing he did was temporarily set up my phone number on my friend's phone so I could make calls. However, I felt so unwelcome in the store that I ended up going back to my car to make the necessary calls and try to resolve the issue myself. Eventually, we tried exactly what he had repeatedly insisted would work: getting the account owner's app login and password and attempting the transfer through the app. As I had already explained to him, it didn't work. I went back inside and calmly asked what the next step would be. His response was essentially, "Nothing I can do. Have a great day," and I was dismissed from the store without any attempt to offer another solution or explain who I should contact next. What bothered me most was the attitude. At no point did I blame him personally, raise my voice, or speak disrespectfully to him. I was simply a customer dealing with a frustrating technical/account issue and asking for assistance. Based on this experience, I personally would not recommend T-Mobile. But if you do use T-Mobile and need in-person assistance, I would especially avoid this particular location. Customer service should involve listening to the customer and at least attempting to point them toward a solution--not talking over them, criticizing employees from another company, and dismissing them when the first suggestion doesn't work.
