I wanted to keep my TS so I paid more to get it fixed. No problem. I was told 3 days. Went to pick it up I was told to come back in 2 days. Ok no problem. I received a phone call saying it's going to take an additional 4-5 days because the part they received was defected. Ok, no problem. Finally I get my computer back and it's no longer a touch screen. I called the guy about it and he proceeds to insult my intelligence saying the computer is not a TS. There's no way it could've been because the screen that's on it now wouldn't be compatible. Blah blah blah. If the screen wouldn't be compatible why was I quoted 2 different prices in the beginning. He was lying because I stopped at 3 different shops to get quotes and they all quoted me the same way, with and without the TS. Then he proceeds to say I'm not educated. Hold on let me pull out these degrees for you buddy because who's not educated? You think I'm stupid and trying to play me which is not going to happen. Then he says my computer doesn't come in touchscreen. I bust his bubble again and send him the exact make and model of my computer TOUCHSCREEN. All he can say is I'm going to call the police on you. No what you're going to do is give me my money back and I'm going to make sure I put a bad review on every site I can because you're full of it.

I don't even know where to start with that... I later found out that she is new, but why is she sitting in the front of the store then? The employee who took over was called Alexandra and she was on her phone the entire time she was "helping" us. She didn't explain anything, ask us anything, help with anything, etc... Told us nothing about the different options we might have. She definitely didn't try to upsell us on anything aside from a cheap phone cover. Instead, she was on a group video chat, laughing, talking, and ignoring us the entire interaction. She quickly turned the phone over when the manager approached. I actually have no idea anything about this new phone, I felt so disrespected I just wanted to get out of there.

I was told that I needed a new SIM card because for some reason my SIM didn't match what they have on record. So I took it upon myself to find the nearest TracFone wireless store, I called and spoke with Alex he suggested I come in and he'd take a look at my phone.
