They even changed my screen protector for free! (It was cracked.) On top of that, they gave me a 30 day guarantee on their repairs! Fantastic. Miguel is real friendly, the service is fast, and the price was fair. Great spot if you need a phone fixed - you can't miss it, right by the door on Rosecrans.

I took it to another shop and they fixed it same day. The chiara complained about previous repairs being done to the phone citing that being the reason for failure, while the new shop confirmed that my repairs were adequate and the problems were elsewhere on the board. Amateur, and shady. 2 weeks to return my phone broken, kept my money and citing incorrect issues. Two stars instead of one because I'm sure they're okay for a simple fix like a screen replacement.

Hours later when I'm already home they finally reply asking why didn't I go into the shop and ask them. I guess I was supposed to automatically know that the people that own the shop were the ones I was talking to. Then proceeds to tell me I can pick them up the next day if no one else buys them. Keep in mind I already went there and they didn't respond to any messages for over an hour and a half of me telling them I was on my way and was already there and they still considered selling to someone else. I guess I had to remind them how they already wasted my time once so why make me have to compete with other buyers. Next day comes and I show up to find out one of the items didn't come as described but their excuse was "it's a steal so it doesn't matter" and "we'll I can't go get it because I don't have access to it right now" when they flipping live there. And still wanted me to pay full price. Didn't think about how I had to also drive a total of 3 hours all together just to buy from them. Comes time for reviews and they knew I wasn't happy so they never marked the item as sold to me so I can leave them a review. Well, now I found a way to do so :)

When I…read morearrived, the employee told me that someone had brought the items in the day before to sell them. He accurately described each item and the person who brought them in, which confirmed they were mine. Instead of assisting with recovering the stolen property, I was offered the option to purchase my own items back at an extremely high price. I contacted the police, but unfortunately my items were never recovered. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple people reporting that their stolen devices were also tracked to this same location. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, I strongly encourage others to be cautious and aware before doing business here.

I took it upon myself to walk on over and lower the volume on the device to the point where you can still hear it but it doesn't drown everybody talking around me or me trying to have a conversation with my mom. Next thing you know the volume is raised again I look over and I asked him did you raise the volume he's like yes why are you touching my stuff and I mention your stuff this is a company's I told him it is too loud, and all I did was lower it. I didn't even turn it off then he tells me you could've asked me, which I replied. Both of you were busy. I took it upon myself to lower the volume and once again, not turning it off he comes at me with more attitude and says do not touch stuff again this is AT&T merchandise. I asked him for his name he gave me his name "Kevin what's up!" Like yes we are in the hood, but I have no idea what this young kid is trying to post up on me like if we are in the street.
