I received a phone call saying it's going to take an additional 4-5 days because the part they received was defected. Ok, no problem. Finally I get my computer back and it's no longer a touch screen. I called the guy about it and he proceeds to insult my intelligence saying the computer is not a TS. There's no way it could've been because the screen that's on it now wouldn't be compatible. Blah blah blah. If the screen wouldn't be compatible why was I quoted 2 different prices in the beginning. He was lying because I stopped at 3 different shops to get quotes and they all quoted me the same way, with and without the TS. Then he proceeds to say I'm not educated. Hold on let me pull out these degrees for you buddy because who's not educated? You think I'm stupid and trying to play me which is not going to happen. Then he says my computer doesn't come in touchscreen. I bust his bubble again and send him the exact make and model of my computer TOUCHSCREEN. All he can say is I'm going to call the police on you. I was told that I needed a new SIM card because for some reason my SIM didn't match what they have on record. So I took it upon myself to find the nearest TracFone wireless store, I called and spoke with Alex he suggested I come in and he'd take a look at my phone. I arrived while he had his hands full and while fixing a phone for another customer, he did not hesitate to ask me for my mine. He called simple mobile on speaker, and got the issue resolved, within 20 mins. No new SIM card was needed and now my phone is faster than before. He was very nice, fair, and innovative with his ideas of how to fix my phone problem. He didnt seem out to charge excessively or overcharge customers for things they dont need. I watched him interact with at least 10 customers or potential customers on 3 different days and was impressed with his integrity.
