Got a very bad experience with a service representative lady, Christina, today at T-mobile counter. We wanted to ask about T-mobile internet service. She was busy with another customer but nevertheless directed us to ask another young guy representative. When we walked away she started to become impatient and raised her voice seeming we bothered her. I lost a bit cool and raised my voice too sarcastically saying "thank you for your good customer service". I regretted to saying it. Unbelievably she threatened me to call security and refusing service. Shaking my head and walked away. They were supposed to start work at 10:00am but showed up at 10:30 (we waited 30 minutes). Then told us to wait another 5-10 minutes. That's ok but I did not get that it seemed how you can treat any customer as an inconvenience. read more
