Once both employees had worked on their computer for 30 minutes, they assured me I would pay my last bill and be done. Instead, I was charged again the next month because they failed to actually cancel my account. I called the customer service number and that pertain assured me I would not be charged ever again. Just got billed by autopay again today. 0/10 would not recommend this store to anyone. They're clueless.

He was also able to multi-task with helping other customers while waiting on my phone to back up on the iCloud. He was very personable and professional. They don't even know how their own Corporate HQ handles deliveries with their own 3rd party vendors. Beth- one of the sales people is a snarky make excuses at every turn while trying to make you think that you are being pushy when you are just asking for information. The dept asst manager (if you get him on the phone) Mason will leave you breadcrumbs of help with lines like "let's see how it goes in the next couple of days, call me back directly and I'll take care of it for you personally". Then when you call for what you think will finally be some assistance after WEEKS of an item not being delivered, he will dodge your calls. And when you ask the poor lady who actually answers his line with "Is he there" & "is he telling you he doesn't want to take this call" and she says "uh huh"- tells you all you need to know about this "manager". I've been in touch with customer relations who was very interested in the timeline we experienced. Seems this isn't the first time something like this has happened with these people I mentioned . And before you dismiss this as a Karen rant I'll leave you with this: I was super nice and understanding with them for WEEKS until Beth the sales associate was super snarky and dismissive to us at which time the Asst Mgr took over and started his bs. Also as an update: Little Miss Snark Beth also went into their scheduling program and cancelled an appointment we had on a covered item that we had scheduled to fix an issue we had with a prior purchase. But that's ok because when I mentioned to corporate about the whole thing, they looked it up and saw that she was the one to do it. They were not happy about that. So something tells me Beth will get hers in the end. Also shout out to Mason for that call back, (eye roll)

She was argumentative, cocktail, arrogant and rude. After calling ahead and being told 30 minutes till its ready, I show up 3hrs later to be told that they need 5 minutes and to get back in their 20 minute drive through line again. Glenda was refusing to let me sign for the 1 that was ready and literally sitting right beside her to sign. She literally told me to find another pharmacy if I couldn't understand why I needed to wait in line twice to get my script. I've never been to a hyvee this shitty at customer service. Not once, and I have picked up med's at 4 other hyvees over the years.

I appreciate the excellent "health foods" section as we often buy gluten-free items. The bakery items are always excellent quality, the deli is awesome, and the fresh Chinese food is always a treat. I love the perks, like coupons, fuel savers, and the grocery pick-up option.
