I acquired my vehicle with NO DEALER MARKUP despite the high demand of my 2022 Bronco. They even gave me a credit for the increase in taxes/doc fees since placing my order in October! The entire team was kind and hospitable, and allowed me to get in and out with no hassle. They even called me the next day to remind me of the $500 deposit I had placed at the time of ordering my Bronco, and asked me to come collect the refund (I had totally forgot about it). The salesman, Troy, remained in constant contact with me throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. He assisted in the setup of my Ford app and gave an excellent rundown of the electronics in the car. When it stopped working about a month after that, the warranty period was expired. Plus they never sent the title or registration, which I got to discover when I went to sell the car.
