Kohl's is our go-to local store for clothing for the whole family! Great prices, excellent…read morecoupons, and great quality clothing...it doesn't get much better than Kohl's! I love the jumping beans brand and carter's brand for my children (all 4 of them!) I enjoy the Elle and Sonoma brands for myself. The Quincy store is always clean, the employees are always friendly and helpful, and I never walk out disappointed!

Went into Kohls on Saturday and bought some summer clothes. Since they no longer have the changing…read morerooms I came back the next day to return a pair of shorts that were too small. When I came back the next day I realized that they had also removed their return center and, hence, I had to go up to the checkout area. Catori, the woman at the register who called us over, exuded an incredible amount of attitude immediately. When I approached her register I hesitantly asked if I could make a return there and she said "yeah" while rolling her eyes, seemingly wanting me to vanish. From there, she snatched the bag out of my hands to start processing the return. As she rummaged through the bag she huffed and scoffed every time she retrieved something. She again gave me an attitude when I pulled out my debit card assuming I would have to swipe it to receive my refund. After that she took my kohls cash that I hadn't received less than 24 hours previously, and scanned it to see if it was "still valid". She scanned it very quickly and slammed it down on the counter stating that it was not. I believe she just after my kohls cash, wanting it all for her greedy self. My thoughts raced as I grasped at any possible explanation- "And what should a 16-year old girl need her precious Kohl's Cash for? Hmmmm? For Nee-dohs? Labubus? For a bag of Wallace's black licorice? As lined the aisle of the winding, labyrinth-esque, neon walls which threatened as they closed in on me? After I endured the tortuous Kohl's check out line? In a god-forsaken liminal space designed to test my inner strengths." After the encounter, I remained visibly shaken, unable to process what had just occurred. I whispered to my girlfriend, trying to make sense of what had happened in the Kohl's store on Prairie Crossing, in Quincy Il on Sunday the twelfth of April, on the year of our lord and savior, two thousand and twenty-six. " What the frick was that?" The worst part was that I still needed to go and purchase the shorts in the right size, however, as you may understand, there was no way I was going to risk going back through CaToRi's checkout lane. So I told my girlfriend to pick out something from sephora so that we could pay there and leave without having to have another encounter with such a nasty individual. My only regret was not finding a manager sooner! She was so rude it knocked my socks off!

She had them rotated on…read more2/18/26 and today (3/25/26) she asked me to check her tire because it showed on her dash that one of them had low pressure. So when I checked it out it was a few pounds low so I filled it and then sprayed the tire with some soapy water to see if there was a leak somewhere. No leaks showed up but I did notice that one of her lug nuts looked like it was getting ready to fall off so I grabbed my lug wrench to go ahead and tighten it down. We'll it was already tight and then upon closer inspection I found it is not the right lug nut! It is completely different from the rest of them and I know for a fact it was never like that before. I am so OCD that I mark the rims with a series of dots to make sure they are rotated correctly. I tried to call the store and Everytime I call it sends me to a 3rd world call center! Very frustrating that no one will answer the phone at the store! I would like to have someone contact me and get this lug nut replaced with the correct one! I have attached pics to show how bad this looks. I can not figure out for the life of me how this even happened! How did they lose my lug nut and why did they put the wrong one on there?

We were assured when we renewed our membership that the CASH PAY lanes would have at least two…read morelanes open. The first time we went into this Sam's they only had one lane open for customers who pay cash. The wait to get checked-out was horrendous. If anyone had any ice cream and such it would have been melted thoroughly. As my wife held our place in line, I went and got the manager's attention as she was laughing and gabbing with two other employees just standing around. I asked her why only one lane was open with all the customers waiting and lined down the aisle. She said our other cashier was sick; but she assured me that they always have st least two cashier lanes open. So I let that excuse slide. So the next two times we went to this Sam's...same problem. One cashier and the manager standing around gabbing with a couple other non-working employees. So this time we left our items and walked out. We had this problem one other time with the Walmart where we lived. The new manager cut employees to make his numbers look good...I suppose. Well the people in our town started leaving FULL grocery carts in the lines and walking out due to long waits. It wasn't long and new employees got hired and the delays stopped. I think this would be a good action to take to get this 'manager's' attention.
