Shane L. at the Verizon store aka Cellular Sales in Altus, OK. I do believe he wasn't informed about my situation by Jacob, or other employees. After dealing with Verizon customer service and Cellular Sales Customer Service Team I see they have a lot of issues with staff. I appreciate Shane L. for taking care of the issue in one day. No run arounds and he is definitely passionate about the company. That was refreshing after dealing with a week's worth of the run around. I left several messages for the store manager and I do believe the messages were never given to the actual store manager. I hope Shane L. gets a better team that supports his value. He's the only person that actually listened and handled the situation. Shane L. Gets 5 starts.

Have been a US Cellular customer when I lived in Oklahoma City and when I moved to Altus,OK 5 years…read moreago. I get very good service with no dropped calls or interference, static in the line. Ebony went above and beyond to help me approx 2 weeks ago because I had a black screen on my phone and I couldn't make or receive calls or do anything with my phone. I took it in to see if I could get it repaired and it was on a Saturday during the Rock and Rumble weekend, I didn't want to buy a new phone even since I was up for an upgrade. She went above and beyond to help me and call repair places for me and I went to LAWTON Batteries Plus to get it fixed in an Hour. Ebony , Kudo's go out to you!!! Thank You so much..

TL;DR: There's a T-Mobile across the street; spend your money there instead. You probably spend a…read morelittle more, but you also won't be blatantly lied to as a "sales pitch". I purchased a screen protector for my phone when I got it and started my plan with them, transferring from T-Mobile to save money. At the time of purchase, I was told that it had a lifetime replacement warranty, and that it was a simple bring it in and exchange warranty, no money trading hands, no website to visit, all handled in store (I made very certain of this, and got a very clear affirmation from the sales rep). Come time to replace the protector, I am told that it will be $22, as the warranty only covers half the cost, and they won't stand by what I was told. I would never have spent almost $50 on a cheap tempered glass protector that I could have gotten at Wal-Mart for $20 with a better warranty if not for being told differently. I highly recommend at the very least skipping any accessories in-store and buying them online. I will be replacing this with an OtterBox cover from Amazon for $25 brand new, with a proper lifetime replacement warranty. I have spoken with another customer who made a purchase the same week and got the same lie, and was also told it would be $22 to replace when they came in to warranty. This is absolutely not how retail is done sustainably. Short-term margins do not make for long-term profitability when you can't produce repeat business. T-Mobile, I'll be bringing business back to you guys soon.
