After dealing with Verizon customer service and Cellular Sales Customer Service Team I see they have a lot of issues with staff. I appreciate Shane L. for taking care of the issue in one day. No run arounds and he is definitely passionate about the company. That was refreshing after dealing with a week's worth of the run around. Ebony went above and beyond to help me approx 2 weeks ago because I had a black screen on my phone and I couldn't make or receive calls or do anything with my phone. I took it in to see if I could get it repaired and it was on a Saturday during the Rock and Rumble weekend, I didn't want to buy a new phone even since I was up for an upgrade.
