I have literally said a half dozen times today that w are just waiting for you to send us the changes to the Services page via the PDF from compliance. You have never sent them and we can't do them until we get them because I have no idea why the page was rejected or what they want us to fix. The moment you finally send the document, we will make the changes, and I have made that extremely clear over and over, so you need to stop insinuating that I am not doing what I was hired to do. I will say it again for clarity: Send the document, we will make the changes. "I do not know why this is hard, Paul. We have gone through this process 500+ times with NYL agents and we have never had trouble. This is not our process, this is the way compliance does it and we do not have any control over it. You are the only person who has access to the PDF. More money would be for building out a new module on your website per the email you sent at the top of the chain. You sent a new module about NYL products and asked me to create it for you. That is not in the scope of anything we have ever agreed to and you know it. I am not going to build you a products module with 8 pages of custom content for free. This makes no sense. Please Paul, just get me the PDF with the compliance changes so we can move on. This is beyond ridiculous." Well, Kelly, as stated in my last e-mail since you refuse phone calls, I called the compliance guy Carl and he told me there was "nothing pending". Maybe because your rep Jenn deleted all the information on that page, there is nothing to review. I specifically asked for the document you want and was told from the horse's mouth - there is not one. So lovely being treated this way. I never insinuated you weren't doing your job, you stated you would help me through the compliance process - does this look like helping? Perhaps a simple phone call would be better than a barrage of negative e-mails?
