After an inspection, Joe said he couldn't justify the high cost of a restoration clean for our level of "dirt". He felt it would be cheating us. He did sell us a few bottles of the enzyme cleaner they use for urine/feces/biological dirt and we were able to clean it ourselves for a fraction of the cost.
