I had an extremely frustrating experience with Brandon and A2Z Painting Exterior/Interior and…read morecannot say anything positive about his services. I originally reached out to him to get a quote for a private fence for a backyard estimating 255 ft of fence as a baseline. He showed up four hours late to our scheduled time despite our request to reschedule. During his quote time he took no measurements and quoted us for only 150 feet of fence based on just eyeballing it. We agreed to a start date two weeks later, understanding he had other jobs to complete. From the day before the start date to when we ultimately decided to part ways, a span of 10 days for a job that was quoted as taking 2-3 days, he repeatedly promised to show up at specific times, set by him, but no-showed except on 3 occasions, where he showed up 5 hours, 10 hours, and 8 hours late from his set time. His reliability is nonexistent and he showed a complete lack of respect for the boundaries we set regarding our availability as customers. To make matters worse, when he finally did show, he showed to the wrong house initially, taking customer correction, and then additionally showed completely unprepared to work and left within an hour. After over a week of time with no work being accomplished and extremely poor communication, we decided it was best to be done working with Brandon entirely. The final straw was when he said him and his worker would show at a time, and his worker showed up on time, but when asked, Brandon didn't respond with when he would show up or begin work. His own worker waited patiently for over 2 hours in our driveway (also not accomplishing any work during this time), meanwhile Brandon didn't show up until 8 hours later. I cannot express how frustrating and exasperating it was to have to consistently seek out why Brandon was not showing or why he was late, since he was not presenting that information on his own, even when he was clearly late to his own set times.

During these precarious times, some may and will place profit over principle in the sheer attempt to fleece unsuspecting customers. Some, not all. Thankfully, I am blessed to inform you that Doug of "Dougs Heat & Air", is not that service provider! Qualified, humble, above reproach, and salt of earth, are just a few terms that I use to describe Doug. It was by happenstance, no divine intervention, that I was able to have met his acquaintance. Fam, you see, my HVAC was being disrespectful and only air was flowing through the vents, no AC With the current "Dante's Inferno" heatwave, my home was hot as fish grease! I prayed to God for help and reached out to two companies. Thankfully, Doug personally called me, came to my home, assessed the issue, and informed me of the cause of my HVAC concerns....the remains of dehydrated ants wedged in between the coils! I was surprised too! He also edified me on how to both irrigate the system and mitigate this from reoccurring. Fam, Doug could have told me that I needed a new system, etc, yet and thankfully so, he is a man of integrity. Brothers and sisters, if you and your family need honest HVAC, AC system repair/etc, PLEASE call Doug of "Dougs Heat & Air". Your wallet/jelly jar/ol' Crown Royal bag, and home will thank you!
