This business is not open on the weekends and it cost $500 to bury a family member on a weekend. The loss of a loved one has been hard enough much less to have this company not do their jobs. We told her we would be a small group but some may not get there at the start she assured me going over the time allotted would be fine. Now my husband's passing was a total shock and I was a basket case. I was accompanied by my son. Before the agreed time of the service allowed had passed she was at the door rudely telling us we needed to wrap it up!!! I wanted to deck her! When I complained to management I received an offer of three free visits with the resident psychologist! What I wanted was her fired.
